Claims (5)
- 레이저 공진기로부터의 레이저 광선 통로를 차단 및 개방함으로써 레이저 광선의 파우어 밀도 분포를 변화시킴을 특징으로 하는, 레이저 광선을 변조하기 위한 레이저-광선의 변조방법.
- 레이저 공진기로부터의 레이저 광선 통로를 차단 및 개방하는 변조기구와 상기 변조기구를 구동하는 구동기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 레이저 광선을 변조하기 위한 레이저-광선의 변조장치.
- (정정) 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변조기구는 레이저 공진기로부터의 레이저 광선 통로를 횡단하여 운동하도록 회전 가능하게 위치된 다수의 회전기구를 포함하고, 레이저 광선이 통과할 수 있는 다수의 구공이나 노취를 갖게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저-광선의 변조장치.
- (정정) 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전기구의 회전을 중지시키기 위한 고정기구가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저-광선의 변조장치.
- (정정) 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 변조기구를 냉각하기 위한 냉각기구가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저-광선 변조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
