Claims (7)

  1. 폐지로 부터 얻어진 섬유상 현탁액을 대충 세척과 정밀 세척을 동시에 할 수 있는 복수의 스크린 선별장치와 한단계 또는 그 이상의 단계로 배열되고 정밀세척을 할 수 있는 하나 또는 그 이상의 하이드로사이클론 내에서 선별세척하고, 정밀세척용 스크린 선별장치가 주처리 흐름과 상기 주흐름에서 분기된 보조 흐름내에 동시에 배열되며 정밀세척용 하이드로 사이클론이 상기 보조흐름 내에만 배열되는 특징을 지니고, 상기 하이드로사이클론이 상기 보조 흐름내에서 적어도 한 스크린 선별장치 상류에 배열되는 특징을 지니며, 상기 보조 흐름이 상기 주 흐름내의 현탁액을 정밀 세척할 목적으로 상기 주 흐름내에 사용된 스크린 선별장치로 부터 거친물질을 최대 함유하는 부분을 주로 운반할 수 있도록 배열되는 특징을 지닌 폐지 처리를 위한 배열방법.
  2. 상기 각 하이드로사이클론이 원추형 원심분리기 또는 세척기인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1의 배열방법.
  3. 보조 사이클이 상기 주 흐름내의 정밀세척용 첫번째 스크린 선별장치의 초과흐름 출구 접속부분에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1 또는 청구범위 2의 배열방법.
  4. 상기 보조 흐름이 최종적으로 상기 주흐름과 다시 연합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1-3의 배열방법.
  5. 여과된 찌꺼기를 보조 흐름 내에서 상기 하이드로사이클론의 하류에 위치한 정밀세척용 선별 스크린 장치로 부터 상기 정밀세척용 하이드로사이클론의 상류에 위치한 대충 세척 선별장치를 경유하여 보조 흐름에 되돌리기 위한 되돌이 선을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1-4 중의 하나에 따른 배열방법.
  6. 상기 주 및 보조흐름이 또 하나의 정밀세척용 스크린 선별장치 내부 또는 상류에서 재결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 4 또는 5에 따른 배열방법.
  7. 도면의 제1도 또는 제2도를 참조하여 전술한 바와 같이 설명되고 예시된 폐지 처리를 위한 배열방법.
