비임분사용 프리즘 및 그 제조방법 그리고 이프리즘을 갖춘광학판독 및/또는 기록장치

제2도는 비임분산용 프리즘과 이에 결합된 복사감응 검출시스템의 평면도.
제4도는 지붕단 프리즘을 제조하는 방법을 예시한 도면.

Claims (6)

  1. 복사비임을 위한 입구면, 비임 분산 및 프리즘내부에서 편이된 복사비임을 위한 출구면으로 이루어지며, 입구면 및 출구면이 플라스틱 유리 엘리먼트의 부분을 형성하고 지붕단프리즘이 출구면상에 배열된 굴절연부를 가지는 비임분산용 프리즘에 있어서, 지붕단 프리즘이 경화된 투명 합성물질로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는비임분산용 프리즘.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지붕단 프리즘이 자외선 복사의 영향을 받아 경화되는 합성물질로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비임분산용 프리즘.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 액체합성물질의 방울이 상기비임 분산용 프리즘의 출구면에 가해지며 둔각을 에워싸는 두개의 다이 표면부로 구성된 다이표면을 가지는 다이가 합성물질의 방울내로 눌려져서 그물질이 경화되고, 다이 가제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지붕단 프리즘이 갖추어 진비임 분산용 프리즘의 제조방법.
  4. 합성물질이 자외선 경화물인 제3항에 따른 방법에 있어서, 투명다이를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비임 분산용 프리즘의 제조방법.
  5. 제3 또는 4항에 있어서, 반검착물로 피복된 다이를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비임분산용 프리즘의 제조방법.
  6. 복사-반사용 정보면에 정보 영역을 판독 및/또는 기록하기 위한 광학 판독 및/또는 기록장치에 있어서, 상기 장치가 복사원, 복사점이 정보면상에 형성되도록 복사원에 의해 방출된 비임을 촛점 조정하기 위한 대물 시스템, 그리고 정보면에 의해 반사된 비임을 복사원에 의해 방출된 비임의 복사경로로부터 그리고 복사 감응 검출 시스템을 향해 전환하기 위해 복사원과 대물 시스템사이에 배치된 지붕단 프리즘이 갖추어진 비임 분사용 프리즘을 구비하여, 비임분산용 프리즘으로 제1 또는 제2항에서 청구한 프리즘을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 판독 및/또는 기록 장치.
