Claims (7)

  1. 연소지지가스가 흐르는 중공간막이(19, 25)와 연료를 연소지지 가스로 주입시키는 주입기(26, 29)로 구성된 개구 순환 연료 베이킹노에 있어서, 한개의 주입기(26, 29)가 연소지지가스의 흐름에 대해 연료기류를 역류식으로 향하게하는 것을 특징으로하는 개구순환 연료 베이킹노에 대한 가열장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 간막이(19)의 상부에 설치된 주입기가 연료기류를 하방으로 향하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개구순환연료베이킹노에 대한 가열장치.
  3. 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 연료가 액체, 가스, 고체인 것을 특징으로 하는 개구 순환 연료 베이킹노에 대한 가열장치.
  4. 제1항과 3항에 있어서, 연소지지가스의 흐름이 중공간막이안에 있는 배플부재(20, 21, 22)에 의해서 유도되는 것을 특징으로하는 개구순환 연료베이킹노에 대한 가열장치.
  5. 제1항과 4항에 있어서, 온도제어장치(28, 31)가 연소가스에 의해 생긴 화염의 일부분을 관찰할 수 있는 곳에 배치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 개구 순환연료 베이킹노에 대한 가열장치.
  6. 상기 간막이의 상부에 설치된 연료주입기의 출구에 생긴 화염의 길이에 있어서, 가열간막이의 수평을 연장시키기 위해 연소지지가스의 흐름을 연료기류의 방향과 반대로 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로하는 개구순환연료 베이킹노의 가열간막이 작동수명을 연장시키는 공정.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 주입기가 연료를 연소지지가스의 흐름방향으로 향하게하고, 때때로 그것과 역류식으로 향하게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개구순환연료 베이킹노의 가열간막이 작동수명을 연장시키는 공정.
