Claims (13)
- 슬리이브의 외부표면이 정화되고 블레이즈 물질이 슬리이브의 외부표면에 위치하여 금속슬리이브를 관에 블레이징 하기 위한 금속 슬리이브를 준비하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 접착제가 블레이즈 물질에 적용되고 플럭스가 접착제에 적용되며 상기 플럭스는 접착제에 의해 블레이즈 물질을 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 슬리이브 상의 블레이즈 물질은 블레이즈 물질의 전형이며 플럭스가 전형에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 블레이즈 물질은 슬리이브 상에 활주하는 분활된 링의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1, 2 또는 3항에서, 접착제를 적용하기 전에 알코올로 세척한 다음 아세톤 용매로 정화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항과 3항에서, 블레이즈 물질은 약 82%의 금과 18%의 니켈로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항과 5항에서, 접착제는 아크릴 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 접착제는 톨루엔 용액에 용해된 약 1.5wt%-12wt%의 아크릴수지의 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 접착제는 톨루엔에 용해된 약 6wt%의 아크릴수지의 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
