Claims (10)

  1. 직물을 포름알데히드와 경화촉매를 함유하는 수용액과 접촉시킨 다음 직물을 건조하고 경화시켜서 방추성을 부여하기 위한 셀룰로오스섬유를 포함하는 직물을 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 직물을 앞에서 설명한 용액에 삼투시키고 완전히 포화시킨 다음, 과량의 삼투용액이 제거되고 중량비로 15-35%정도의 습식픽업이 얻어지도록 삼투되고 포화된 직물을 진공으로 도입하고, 이와 같이 처리된 직물을 건조하고 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 포름알데히드를 사용하는 직물의 가공처리방법.
  2. 직물을 포름알데히드와 경화직물를 함유하는 수용액과 접촉시킨 다음 직물을 건조하고 경화시켜서 방추성을 부여하기 위한 셀룰로오스섬유를 포함하는 직물을 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 직물을 앞에서 설명한 용액에 삼투시키고 완전히 포화시킨 다음, 과량의 포름알데히드가 제거되고 직물에 중량비로 0.5-3%의 포름알데히드가 제공되도록 진공에 도입하고, 이와 같이 처리된 직물을 건조경화하여 직물에 공급을 포름알데히드의 적어도 90%를 고착시킴을 특징으로 하는 포름알데히드를 사용하는 직물의 처리방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 삼투용액은 중량비로 1-10%의 포름알데히드를 포함하며 또한 촉매는 잠재산성 촉매로 구성되는 포름알데히드를 사용하는 직물의 가공처리방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 앞에서 설명한 삼투용액내의 촉매는 잠재산성 촉매이며 또한 삼투용액은 계면활성제를 포함하는 포름알데히드를 사용하는 직물의 가공처리방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 직물의 건조와 경화는 121°-232℃ 온도 단일 단계에서 실시하는 포름알데히드를 사용하는 직물의 가공처리방법.
  6. 직물을 포름알데히드와 경화직물를 함유하는 수용액과 접촉시킨 다음 직물을 건조하고 경화시켜서 방추성을 부여하기 위한 셀룰로오스섬유를 포함하는 직물을 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 직물을 패드속으로 통과시키고 중량비로 1-10% 정도의 포름알데히드와 산성촉매의 수용액으로 포화시킨 다음, 삼투된 직물을 패드로부터 진공슬롯을 향하게 하며 표면에 있는 과량의 삼투용액이 제거되고 중량비로 15-35% 정도의 습식픽업이 제공되도록 직물을 진공에 도입한 다음, 직물을 진공 슬롯으로부터 경화오븐속으로 향하도록 하고, 직물이 건조되고 경화되도록 121-232℃ 온도로 가열함을 특징으로 하는 포름알데히드를 사용하는 직물의 가공처리방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 직물이 경화오븐속으로 향하는 단계는 폭방향의 장력하에서 직물을 유지시키는 동안 실시하는 포름알데히드를 사용하는 직물의 가공처리방법.
  8. 제1항 제2항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 직물을 건조하고 경화하는 단계는 적어도 95%의 공급된 포름알데히드를 직물에 화학적으로 고착시키는 단계를 포함하는 포름알데히드를 사용하는 직물의 가공처리방법.
  9. 제4항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 산성촉매는 염화마그네슘을 구성하는 포름알데히드를 사용하는 직물의 처리방법.
  10. 제1항-제9항중 어느 한가지 항의 방법에 의하여 가공처리된 직물.
