Claims (5)

  1. 통전된 전극과 피가공체와의 사이에 방전을 일으켜 그 피가공체를 방전 가공하기 위하여 상기 전극과 상기 피가공체와의 상대적인 이동을 제어하는 방전가공기의 제어방법에 있어서, 수치제어 지령 정보를 기억한 기억매체로부터 상기 수치제어지령정보를 판독하는 단계와, 상기 판독한 수치제어지령정보에 포함되는 후퇴제어정보를 메모리에 기억시키는 단계와, 상기 판독한 수치제어지령정보에 포함되는 가공제어정보에 의하여 상기 전극과 상기 피가공체를 상대적으로 전진 이동 제어하는 단계와, 후퇴 제어 지령정보에 따라서 상기 메모리로부터 기억된 후퇴제어정보를 판독하고 그 판독한 후퇴제어 정보에 의하여 상기 전극과 상기 피가공체를 상대적으로 전진 이동 제어하는 단계를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 가공기의 제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후퇴이동단계 이후에 상기 후퇴제어정보에 의하여 상기 전극과 상기 피가공체를 상대적으로 재전진 이동시키는 단계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 가공기의 제어방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후퇴제어 단계는 상기 피가공체와 상기 전극과의 단락을 표시하는 단락신호가 발생하고 있는 동안 상기 후퇴이동 제어를 실행하는 단계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 가공기의 제어 방법.
  4. 통전된 전극과 피가공체 사이에 방전을 일으켜 상기 피가공체를 방전 가공하기 위하여 상기 전극과 상기 피가공체를 상대적으로 이동시키는 구동수단을 입력한 수치제어 지령정보에 따라서 수치제어하는 방전가공기의 제어장치에 있어서, 기억매체로부터 수치제어 지령정보를 판독하는 판독제어 수단과, 상기 판독한 수치제어 지령정보에 포함되는 후퇴제어 정보를 기억하는 메모리와 상기 판독한 수치제어지령정보에 포함되는 가공제어 정보에 의하여 전진이동 지령을 구동수단에 출력하고 이 구동수단에 상기 전극과 피가공체를 상대적으로 전진이동시켜서 방전 가공을 실행하도록 함과 동시에 후퇴제어 지령에 따라서 상기 메모리의 후퇴제어정보를 판독하고 이 후퇴제어정보에 의하여 후퇴이동지령을 상기 구동수단에 출력하여 상기 구동수단에 그 상기 전극과 피가공체를 상대적으로 후퇴이동시키는 처리수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 가공기의 제어장치.
