Claims (11)
- 흡착된 마그네슘이온으로 충전시켜 재생마그네슘이온을 침전시키는 양이온교환수지를 재생시키는 방법에 있어서, (가) 충전수지의 증가분을 재생탑 저부로 계속해서 도입시킴과 동시에 탑상부에서 수지의 재생증가분을 계속하여 제거시키며, (나) 황산재생용액을 탑상부로 H2SO440wt%이상의 농도로 도입시켜 탑내의 수지증가분을 제거하기 전에 수지의 상부 증가분을 통하여 하방향으로 재생용액을 통과시키며, (다) 마그네슘이온을 함유한 황산용액을 탑저부에서 20wt%이상의 황산농도로 제거시켜, 이 농도를 산도입에서 산제거에 이르기까지 감소시키고, (라) 더 높은 농도의 진한 황산을 가하여 황산마그네슘을 제거용액에서 침전시켜 황산마그네슘이 MaSO4와 H2SO4의 공결정화 화합물로서 침전되게 함을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지를 재생시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (나) 공정에서 도입된 H2SO4는 적어도 50%의 농도를 가지며 (라) 공정에서 첨가된 H2SO4는 적어도 80%의 농도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지를 재생시키는 방법.
- 제1 및 2항에 있어서, 탑에 도입된 재생용액은 40~70wt% H2SO4의 농도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지를 재생시키는 방법.
- 제1 및 2항에 있어서, 황산마그네슘을 적어도 70wt% H2SO4농도에서 침전시키고 적어도 70wt% H2SO4의 상층액을 침전물에서 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지를 재생시키는 방법.
- 제1 및 4항에 있어서, 온도 75℃이상에서 (라) 공정의 침전을 시킴을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지를 재생시키는 방법.
- 제1 및 4항에 있어서, 온도 87~94℃이상에서 (라) 공정의 침전을 시킴을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지를 재생시키는 방법.
- 제5 및 6항에 있어서, (라)공정의 침전용으로 80~95% 농도의 황산을 가함으로써 (다) 공정에서 제거된 용액의 온도를 상승시킴을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지를 재생시키는 방법.
- 제1,2 및 3항에 있어서, 재생수지가 흡착된 칼슘이온을 마그네슘과 같이 포함하고 있으나 마그네슘 9몰에 대하여 칼슘 1몰이상 포함하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지를 재생시키는 방법.
- 제1, 2 및 3항에 있어서, 재생수지가 습식인산의 유기물을 포함하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지를 재생시키는 방법.
- 제1, 2 및 3항에 있어서, 재생수지에는 흡착마그네슘이온과 함께 흡착칼슘이온을 포함하고 있으나 마그네슘 20몰에 대하여 칼슘 1몰 이상 포함하지 않으며 이 수지에는 습식인산의 유기물을 포함하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지를 재생시키는 방법.
- 제1, 2 및 3항에 있어서, 탑상부에서 제거된 수지증가분에는 도입된 재생용액의 고농도 황산을 포함하며 제거된 수지증가분을 재생용액과 물에 대하여 중용농도의 황산수용액으로 우선 세척하고 그 다음 수지 증가분을 물로 세척함을 특징으로 하는 양이온교환수지를 재생시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
