Claims (12)
- 고체 입자들은 피복함이 없이 고체입자 입자를 에워싸서 그 입자 주위에 감기게 하여 유기 섬유의 망상 구조 내에 혼입시킨 고체 입자들로 구성되는 보호복지 필터류 및 다른 구조적인 격막을 직조하는데 사용하기 적합하며, 이렇게 함으로써 구조적으로 단단하며, 다공성이며 경량인 안정한 고체-고체 현탁액을 생성하는 직조 가능한 공기 투과성 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자들의 평균 직경이 상기 섬유들의 평균 입자 보다 더 큼을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 망상 구조가 1×102Å내지 약 3×108Å 범위의 직경을 갖는 섬유로 구성되며 상기 혼입된 입자들이 상기 혼입시키는 섬유들 보다 더 큰 직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유들이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부텐, 폴리-4-메틸-1-펜텐, 폴리스티렌, 폴리에틸렌옥시드, 나일론, 폴리(4-메틸펜텐-1), 프로필렌 아크릴산 공중합체류, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 삼중합체, 폴리비닐리덴 및 사(4)플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로필렌-비닐리덴삼중합체의 혼합물 및 상기 물질의 혼합물의 군중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체 입자들이 활성탄, 실리카겔, 활성알루미나, 규조토, 표토로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 다공성인 흡수성 입자들임을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자들이 착색제, 화재 방지제, 흡수제, 자기(磁氣)제, 전도성 시약, 및 건조제로 구성된 군중에서 선택되며, 이렇게 함으로서 상기 복합체에 상기 시약의 기능적 특성을 부여하는 한편 공기 투과성을 유지함을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 제4항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 입자들이 활성탄 입자들이며, 상기 망상구조가 유기섬유들이 삼차원적으로 상호연결된 덩어리(mass)임을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유기 섬유들의 덩어리가 폴리프로 필렌 섬유류 임을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 높은 온도에서 섬유 생성 중합체-용매 용액중에 선택된 고체 입자들의 용매-현탁액을 생성하는 단계와, 상기 현탁액의 온도를 낮추면서 그 현탁액을 일정하게 연속 진탕하여 중합체 섬유를 생성시키고 이 중합체 섬유가 상기 고체를 에워싸서 그 입자 주위에 감기게 하여 입자가 그 내부에 혼입되도록 하는 한편 상기 현탁액으로부터 고체 입자를 섬유와 함께 공침시키는 단계 및 이어서 공침된 고체 입자 및 섬유로부터 상기 용매를 추출시킴으로써 고체입자가 3차원중합체 섬유의 망상 구조의 틈새 내에 영구적으로 삽입되도록 한 3차원 망상 구조의 중합체 섬유를 얻는 단계의 결합으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 다용도 공기 투과성 복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 고체 입자들의 평균 직경이 상기 용액으로부터 생성된 섬유들의 평균 직경보다 더 큼을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 진탕이 20,000Hz 이하의 진동수에서의 진공 진탕임을 특징으로하는 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 고체 입자들이 단섬유임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
