제1도는 표시된 시험침이 있는 와이어 콘넥터의 단면도. 제2도는 관현안내 수단의 부분절개 평면도. 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 두개직력 위치된 와이어 콘넥터들이 도시되었으며, 제각기 접촉하는 단자소자와 와이어의 도면 그리고 바작 부분 및 상부덮개 사이의 상호속박 관계를 도시한 도면. 제4도는 채널형 안내수단의 부분 절개평면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 전화통신 케이블의 내입 및 외행 와이어를 접속하기 위한 와이어 콘넥터에 있어서, 덮개부분(1)과 바닥부분(3)으로 구성된 콘넥터 몸체(3)에, 두개의 와이어들(4)의 종단용 납땜, 나사로임, 벗김 등이 없는 제각기 단자소자(5)가 상기 바닥부분(3)내에 고착되며, 상기 단자가 일체적으로 형성된 탄성탭(7)을 포함하며 그리고 한쪽 종단에서 구부러진 부분(6)을 갖으며, 상기 단자소자(5)의 접촉암(5a)이 케이블 축에 대하여 45도 각도에 위치하며, 상기 바닥부분(2)과 관형 안내수단(8) 또는 채널형 안내수단(8a) 및 내입 및 외행 케이블 와이어들용 클램핑립(9)을 포함하며, 케이블 종단을 분리하기 위한 전단날(10)이 상기 바닥부분(2)내에 삽입되며, 상기 덮개부분(1)이 시험침(12)의 삽입용 구멍(11)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전화통신 케이블용 와이어 콘넥터.
  2. 제1항에 따른 와이어 콘넥터에 있어서, 삽입러그(13)이 덮개부분(1)내에 직접적으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전화통신 케이블용 와이어 콘넥터.
  3. 제1항에 따른 와이어 콘넥터에 있어서, 상기 덮개부분(1)과 상기 바닥부분(2)의 궁형필름 힌지(14)에 의하여 다른 것에 연결되어 있고 그리고 조립된 위치에서, 홈(15)에 의하여 또 다른 것에 래치됨을 특징으로 하는 전화통신 케이블용 와이어 콘넥터.
  4. 제1항에 따른 와이어 콘넥터에 있어서, 상기 접촉암(5a)의 접촉 종단(5b)가 각도졌으며, 그리고 안내통로(5c)내에서 안정되게 지지되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전화통신 케이블용 와이어 콘넥터.
  5. 제1항에 따른 와이어 콘넥터에 있어서, 콘넥터의 종단면(16)에 다중접속 콘넥터를 형성하도록 다수의 와이어 콘넥터를 직렬로 접속하기 위한 접속수단(17)이 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 전화통신 케이블 와이어 콘넥터.
  6. 제1항에 따른 와이어 콘넥터에 있어서, 콘넥터 몸체(3)의 상기 덮개부분(1)과 상기 바닥부분(2)가 플라스틱 재질로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전화통신 케이블용 와이어 콘넥터.
