Abstract

본 발명은 전기콘넥터의 결합 암콘텍터하우징에 설치되기 위한 절연하우징에 관한 것으로, 절연하우징은 커버(14)를 그 내부에 수용하는 하우징부재(12)로 구성되는 두부분의 구조이다. 커버(14)는 바람직한 실시예로는 커버(14)의 부분으로 일체로 형성되며 복수개의 이(30)를 포함하는 스트레인 릴리프 부재(28)를 포함한다. 커버(14)가 절연하우징(10)에 설치될때, 스트레인 릴리프 부재(28)는 개방위치에서 고정위치로 회전될 수 있으며, 거기서 복수개의 이(30)는 절연된 전선들(24)의 피복(32)을 물어서 절연된 전선들(24)의 스트레인을 경감하게된다.

제1도는 개방된 위치에 위치한 스트레인 릴리프 수단은 갖는 커버의 등축척도,
제2도는 제1도의 커버 및 스트레인 릴리프 수단을 보다 상세히 도시하는 등축척도,
제3도는 복수개의 이를 보여주는 커버부재의 보다 상세한 등축척 저면도,
제4도는 삽입된 절연전선들은 보여주는 제1도에 도시된 절연하우징의 등축척도.

Claims (10)

  1. 하우징부재와 하우징부재에 설치하기 위한 커버로 구성되며, 상기 하우징부재와 상기 커버가 각기 복수의 전기단자들은 수용하기 위한 복수개의 슬롯들을 가지며, 복수개의 전기단자들을 갖는 암콘넥터하우징에 결합하기 위한 절연하우징에 있어서, 상기 절연하우징이 복수개의 절연된 도선들을 상기 복수개의 슬롯들과 작동적인 관계로 고정하고 또한 상기 복수개의 절연된 도선들의 스트레인을 경감하기 위해 상기 커버에 설치되는 스트레인 릴리프 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연하우징.
  2. 상기 스트레인 릴리프 수단이 상기 커버의 부분으로서 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 절연하우징.
  3. 상기 스트레인 릴리프 수단이 상기 커버에 피봇고정되는 제1종단을 갖는 스트렌 릴리프 부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제2항의 절연하우징.
  4. 상기 스트레인 릴리프 수단이 상기 커버에 피봇고정되는 스트레인 릴리프 부재로 구성되며, 상기 스트레인 릴리프 부재가 착수개의 절연된 도선들을 절연하우징에 고정하기 위해 상기 복수개의 절연된 도선들의 피복에 적용되기 위한 복수개의 이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나의 절연하우징.
  5. 상기 절연하우징이 또한 상기 스트레인 릴리프 부재를 고정위치에 고정하기 위한 고정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나의 절연하우징.
  6. 상기 복수개의 절연도선들이 각기 상기 복수개의 전기단자들에 적용되기 위한 도선을 가지며, 상기 커버는 상기 도선을 수용하고 상기 도선을 상기 복수개의 슬롯들에 작동적 인 관계로 안내하기 위한 시라우드를 포함하여 상기 도선들이 상기 절연하우징이 상기 암콘덱터하우징에 설치된 때 상기 복수개의 전기단자들에 작동적으로 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나의 절연하우징.
  7. 상기 스트레인 릴리프 수단이 제1종단과 제2종단으로 구성되는 스트레인 릴리프 부재로 구성되며, 상기 제1종단이 상기 커버에 피봇결합되며 상기 제2종단이 개방위치로부터 닫힌 위치로 회전할 수 있으며; 상기 제2종단과 상기 시라우드가 연합하여 상기 제2종단이 개방위치에 있을 때 상기 절연도선들은 수용하기 위한 개구를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나의 절연하우징.
  8. 상기 시라우드가 일반직으로 U형인 것을 특징으로 하는 제6항의 절연하우징.
  9. 상기 고정수단이 상기 시라우드에 위치된 복수개의 탄성지지부들과 상기 스트레인 릴리프 부재의 복수개의 놋치부분들로 구성되며, 상기 복수개의 놋치부분들이 상기 복수개의 탄성지지부들과 연합하여 상기 스트레인 릴리프 부재가 상기 고정위치에 피봇된 후 고정위치에서 상기 스트레인 릴리프 부재를 지지하는 것은 특징으로하는 제5항의 절연하우징.
  10. 상기 하우징부재가 상기 암콘넥터하우징과 협력하여 상기 하우징부재가 삽입될 때 상기 암콘텍터하우징에 상기 절연하우징은 고정시키는 복수개의 일반적인 L형의 랫치부재들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나의 절연하우징.
