Claims (12)
- 래핑 전동장치는 전동벨트(1), 와, 구동활차(2)와 중동활차(3)를 전동벨트(1)로 감아 걸은 한쌍의 활차와, 구동활차(2)와 접촉한 부분의 전동벨트(1)의 접촉호(31)를 구동활차(2)에 압압하는 수단(4)등으로 이루어지며, 상기된 압압수단(4)에는 복수개의 안내활자(41),(42),(43), 래핑벨트(44)의 일부분이 접촉하여 전동벨트(1)의 접촉호(31)를 압압하는 상태로 안내활차(41),(42),(43)에 작동 가능하게 감아 걸어진 래핑벨트(44), 래핑벨트의 압압에 의해 발생된 압압력을 전동벨트(1)에 조정하는 동시에 전동벨트의 압압력을 구동활차(2)에 조정하기 위해 안내활차(41),(42),(43) 중의 안내활차(42)에 연결된 압압력 조정기구(40)등을 가지도록 하여서된 래핑전동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안내활차들의 수를 3개로 구성한 래핑전동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기된 안내활차중 2개의 안내활차(41),(43)를 구동활차(2)와 종동활차(3)의 중심을 지나는 선에 대하여 대칭적으로 위치시키는 동시에 구동활차의 중심을 지나는 선상에 있도록 하고 조정기구(40)에 연결된 안내활차(42)은 2개의 안내활차(41),(43)로부터 등거리에 위치되게한 래핑전동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 장기된 조정기구(40)를 실린더(400)로 구성한 래핑전동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조정기구(40)를 나사(401)로 구성한 래핑전동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 래핑벨트(44)를, 전동벨트(1)에 대접하는 적어도 범포(45)의 한 표면에 천연섬유와 합성섬유를 포함하여 천연섬유가 합성섬유보다 큰 면적에 노출되게 구성된 범포(45)로 한 래핑전동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 천연섬유는 범포(45)의 종사(46)로, 합성섬유는 횡사(47)로 구성하여서된 래핑전동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 천연섬유로는 면(綿)을 채택한 래핑전동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 천연섬유로는 아마(亞麻) 섬유를 채택한 래핑전동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 합성섬유로는 나일론을 채택한 래핑전동장치.
