제1도는 본 발명에 따른 자양물질담체의 횡 단면도. 제2-3도는 적합한 용기에 있는 도포된 현미경 슬라이드와 외피의 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 미생물을 정량 및 정성분석하기 위한 자양물질담체에 있어서, 목적담체가 1개이상의 자양물질로 도포되고, 리드에 단단히 부착되며, 저장배양하는 동안에 리드로 안전하게 닫힐 수 있는 투명한 용기에 보관되며, 도포된 목적담체가 저장되는 동안에 외피에 넣어지며 상기 외피가 접종전에 쉽사리 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자양물질담체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 외피는 딱딱하고(rigid collar)활용 공간이 없거나, 용기의 총부피와 비교해볼때 목적담체와 외피사이의 공간이 아주 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 자양물질 담체.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 외피의 단면이 둥글거나 다각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 자양물질 담체.
  4. 상기 청구범위들중 어느 하나에 있어서, 목적 담체의 단면이 다각형 또는 장방형이거나, 다활면(multi-segmented) 또는 십자모형인 것을 특징으로 하는 자양물질 담체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 첨부도면을 참고로 설명된 자양물질담체.
