Claims (1)
- 베이스를 PN접합소자를 개재하여 에미터에 접속한 다수의 단위 트랜지스터회로의 각각의 단위 트랜지스터회로의 콜렉터측을 공통 접속하고, 한쪽의 단위 트랜지스터회로의 에미터를 다른쪽의 단위트랜지스터회로의 베이스에 차례로 접속해서 형성되고 상기 초단(初段)의 단위 트랜지스터회로의 베이스측을 등가베이스 전극으로 하고, 복수단접속된 최종단의 에미터 측을 등가 에미터전극으로 하고, 콜렉터 공통접속단측을 콜렉터전극으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜지스터 증폭 회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
