Claims (5)
- 유리두께 10mm당 0.3내지 1.5중량%의 산화네오듐(Np2O3)을 첨가했을 때에 해당하는 광학적효과가 얻어지는 양의 Np2O3함유해서 이루어진 훼이스플레이드 유리와 이 훼이스플레이드 유리의 내면에 설치된 복수색의 형광체소자군 등에 의해 형광면이 구성되는 동시에 이 형광면의 적색발광형광체소자로서 유우소품(Eu)부활량이 산황화이트륨(Y2O2S) 1몰에 대해서 0.025 그램원자 내지 0.080 그램원자의 범위에 있는 유우로품 부활산황화이트륨(Y2O2S:Eu) 형광체를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러음극선관.
- 산황화이트륨(Y2O2S) 1몰에 대해서 0.025 그램원자 내지 0.070 그램원자의 범위에 있는 유우로품 부활산황화이트륨(Y2O2S:Eu) 형광체에벤가라(Bengala) 적색안료 입자를 이 적색발광형광체에 대해서 0.05내지 0.5중량% 부착시킨 안료부착 Y2O2S:Eu 형광체를 사용한 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 컬러음극선관.
- 네오듐이 든 유리의 Nd2O3첨가량은 훼이스플레이트유리의 두께 10mm당 0.5~1.0중량%의 범위내인 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 컬러음극선관.
- 형광면의 3색형광체소자 사이에 광흡수층을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 컬러음극선.
- 관적색발광형광체소자로서 유우로품(Eu) 부활량이 산황화이트륨(Y2O2S) 1몰에 대해서 0.04 그램원자내지 0.080 그램원자의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 컬러음극선관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
