Claims (5)

  1. 유리두께 10mm당 0.3내지 1.5중량%의 산화네오듐(Np2O3)을 첨가했을 때에 해당하는 광학적효과가 얻어지는 양의 Np2O3함유해서 이루어진 훼이스플레이드 유리와 이 훼이스플레이드 유리의 내면에 설치된 복수색의 형광체소자군 등에 의해 형광면이 구성되는 동시에 이 형광면의 적색발광형광체소자로서 유우소품(Eu)부활량이 산황화이트륨(Y2O2S) 1몰에 대해서 0.025 그램원자 내지 0.080 그램원자의 범위에 있는 유우로품 부활산황화이트륨(Y2O2S:Eu) 형광체를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러음극선관.
  2. 산황화이트륨(Y2O2S) 1몰에 대해서 0.025 그램원자 내지 0.070 그램원자의 범위에 있는 유우로품 부활산황화이트륨(Y2O2S:Eu) 형광체에벤가라(Bengala) 적색안료 입자를 이 적색발광형광체에 대해서 0.05내지 0.5중량% 부착시킨 안료부착 Y2O2S:Eu 형광체를 사용한 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 컬러음극선관.
  3. 네오듐이 든 유리의 Nd2O3첨가량은 훼이스플레이트유리의 두께 10mm당 0.5~1.0중량%의 범위내인 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 컬러음극선관.
  4. 형광면의 3색형광체소자 사이에 광흡수층을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 컬러음극선.
  5. 관적색발광형광체소자로서 유우로품(Eu) 부활량이 산황화이트륨(Y2O2S) 1몰에 대해서 0.04 그램원자내지 0.080 그램원자의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 컬러음극선관.
