천연섬유로된 신축성 섬유제품의 제조방법

제1도는 탄성적으로 충분하게 연사(燃사)된 경사와 보통은 탄성적이 아닌 위사에 의하여 짜진 직물의 개략한 단면도로서, 도면중 서로 인접하는 경사의 회전복귀력이 대립되여 있는 상태의 예시도.
제2도는 본 발명에 따르는 위사 또는 경사중 적어도 한쪽 혹은 편사(編사)로서 사용할 수 있는 연사의 개략한 예시도로서, 이 연사내에서는 복수의 회전복귀력이 서로 대립하여 작용하고 있는 상태의 예시도.
제3도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예로서, 스카킹등 편물의 개략한 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 견피브로인, 단백질섬유, 섬유소섬유(견, 우울, 목면) 또는 이들의 혼합물등의 천연섬유로 되는 적어도 한 방향에 대하여 탄성신축성을 가지는 섬유제품의 제조방법에 있어서,
    (a) 실 또는 연사를 한방향으로 강력하고 충분하게 연사하고 이 실 또는 연사의 연사상태를 연지시키고 다시 연사개시 상태까지 역방향으로 연여하고 혹은 다시 상기 실 또는 연사가 최초의 연사방향으로의 회전복귀력을 가지도록 역방향으로 연여하고 그다음,
    (b) 각 실 또는 연사의 회전복귀력이 인접영역에 배치된 실, 연사 또는 장섬유에 의하여 유지되게 신축성 섬유제품내에서 실 또는 연사를 조합시키는 가공을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축성 섬유의 제조방법.
