Claims (5)
- Zn 5.1-8.1%, Mg 1.8-3.4% Cu 1.2-2.6%, Ti 0.2% 이하 그리고 Cr 0.18-0.35% 또는 Zr 0.05-0.25%의 1종 또는 2종을 함유하고 나머지 Al와 불순물로 되는 합금을 균질화 처리하고 열간압연을 행하고 그후 냉간압연에 의하여 소정두께로 압연한 코일재료를 연속소든로를 사용하여 2kg/㎟ 이하의 장력하에서 400-500℃의 온도로 평균 50℃/min 보다 큰 승온 속도로 금속가열하고 그 온도에 10초 내지 10분간 유지하므로서 연화하고 0-90%까지의 냉간가공을 행하여 용체화처리를 행함을 특징으로 하는 고력알미늄 합금재료의 제조법.
- 청구범위 제1항의 방법에서 Al기합금중의 불순물이 Fe 0.50% 이하, Si 0.40%이하, Mn 0.70%이하로 한정됨을 특징으로 한 고력 알미늄합금재료의 제조법.
- 청구범위 제1항의 방법에서 소든단계에 있어서 400-500℃의 온도에서 상기 유지시간 동안 유지한 후 30℃/hr이하의 냉각속도로 냉각함을 특징으로 한 고력알미늄 합금재료의 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제1항의 방법에서 소든단계에 있어서 400-500℃의 온도에서 상기 유지시간 동안 유지한 후 30℃/hr이하의 냉각속도로 냉각함을 특징으로 하는 고력알미늄 합금의 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제4항의 방법에서 상기 냉각후 260-350℃로 재가열하고 공냉 또는 30℃/hr이하의 냉각속도로 냉각함을 특징으로 한 고력알미늄합금의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
