Claims (9)

  1. 제1 플리넘(52)과 제2 플리넘(50)과 상기 혼합물을 상기 제2 플리넘(50)으로 전달하는 장치와 상기 제1 플리넘(52)에서 나오는 상기 가스와 상기 용기내에서 지지되는 하나이상의 모듀울(70)을 가지는 용기(30)로서 구성되는 미립자가 혼합된 고온가스에서 미립자를 여과하는 장치로서, 각 모듀울(70)이 상기 덕트(78)에서 외측으로 연장된 다수의 여과요소(28)과 내부공간을 갖는 덕트(78)을 포함하고, 상기 덕트(78)내부공간이 상기 제1 플리넘(32)에 흐름전달을 하고, 상기 여과요소(28)이 상기 제2 플리넘(50)에 위치하고, 각 여과요소(28)이 상기 제2 플리넘(50)에 노출된 다수의 유입통로와 상기 덕트내부공간에 개방된 다수의 유출통로(24)를 갖고, 상기 유입유출구(22,24)가 상기 고온가스는 통과할 수 있고 상기 미립자는 통과할 수 없는 세라믹막에 의하여 분리된 특성을 가지는 미립자 여과장치.
  2. 상기 용기(32)가 수직으로 되어있고, 상기 제1, 제2 플리넘(52,50)이 수평으로 위치한 차단판(72)에 의해 형성되어 제1 플러넘(52)가 제2 플리넘(50)위에 위치하고, 상기 모듀울(70)이 상기 차단판(72)에서 중단되는 특성을 가진 전기 제1항에 따르는 장치.
  3. 상기 용기(32)의 단면이 원형인 특성과, 상기 용기(32)내에서 상기 모듀울(70)에 대해 동심으로 위치한 조절기(102)로 구성되는 전기 제2항에 따르는 장치.
  4. 상기 각 모듀울(70)이 상기 제1 플리넘(52)안으로 연장된 벤츄리가 있는 특징을 가지는 전기 제2 혹은 3항에 따르는 장치.
  5. 정화가스를 상기 모듀울(70)을 통해 상기 제1 플리넘(52)으로 선택적으로 배출하는 장치에 의한 특성을 가지는 전기 제2,3,4항중 어느 것에 따르는 장치.
  6. 상기 여과요소(28)가 상기 덕트(78)에서 방사상으로 외측으로 연장된 특성을 가지는 전기 제2~5항중에 어느 것에 따르는 장치.
  7. 유입통로 단면면적에 대한 유입통로 길이의 비는 유출통로 단면면적에 대한 유출통로 길이의 비보다 적은 특성을 가진 전기 제26항중 어느 것에 따르는 장치.
  8. 상기 유입통로(22)에 2개의 끝이 있고, 상기 양끝은 상기 제2 플리넘(5)에 개방되어 있고, 상기 각 유출통로(24)가 2개의 끝을 갖고 있고, 상기 유출통로의 양끝중 하나는 폐쇄되어 있고 다른 하나는 상기 덕트(70)에 개방되어 있는 특성을 가진 전기 제7항에 따르는 장치.
  9. 다수의 여과모듀울(70)이 상기 차단판(72)에서 지지되기 때문에 하나의 모듀울(70)의 방사상으로 외측으로 연장된 여과요소(28)이 인접모듀울(70)의 2개의 여과요소(28)사이의 공간에 수용되는 특성을 가진 전기 제6항에 따르는 장치.
