Claims (4)

  1. 캐소우드(열음극)(30), 홀(44)을 갖는 그리드(40) 및 홀(55)을 갖는 에노우드(50)로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 캐소우드(30), 그리드(40) 및 애노우드(50)를 기술한 순서대로 배열되어 있고 홀(46)의 직경은 홀(57)의 직경보다 작거나 같고, 그리드(40) 및 에노우드(50)간에 등축전계를 형성하기 위해 정(正)전위를 사전에 인가하는 전자총.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 모래그리드(40)는 캐소우드(30)의 전자방출 표면 가까이 배열되어 있는 기저부의 제일컵형 전극(41)을 포함하며, 홀(46)의 직경보다 큰 직경의 홀(57) 및 홀(46)을 갖는 제일 디스크(45)및 캐소우드(30)와 제일컵형전극(41)간의 장소에 제일컵형전극(41)을 전기적으로 접속하고, 애노우드(50)는 기저부가 그리드(40)의 기저부 가까이 배열되어 있으며, 홀(55)의 직경 및 홀(57)을 갖는 제이디스크(56)의 직경보다 큰 직경을 갖는 홀(55)의 제어컵형 전극(51)을 포함하며 캐소우드(30)가 없는 제어컵형 전극의 한쪽에 제이컵형 전극을 전기적으로 접속한 전자총.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 홀(46)의 직경(d1), 홀(57)의 직경 d2 및 홀(46),(57)간의 거리 L은 다음 공식을 만족하도록 주어진 전자총.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 홀(46)의 직경(d1)은 0.01mm~0.05mm범위내에 있는 전자총.
