Claims (4)

  1. 연질성 금속재료 및 경질성 금속재료의 합금으로 형성된 테이프 구동체에 있어서, 주면에 대하여 미세한 균열이나 변형이 없는 조면부를 가지고 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 구동체.
  2. 제1항에서 조면부의 요상부에는 연질성 금속재료를 가지고, 돌상부에는 경질성 금속재료를 가지고 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 구동체.
  3. 연질성 금속재료 및 경질성 금속재료의 합금으로 테이프 구동체를 제조하는 테이프 구동체의 제조방법에 있어서, 테이프 구동체의 표면을 조상으로 하는 제1의 공정과, 이 제1공정후 사상가공하는 제2의 공정으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 구동체의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에서 테이프 구동체는 철, 크롬, 니켈을 주성분으로 하는 합금으로 형성되고, 제2의 공정은 테이프 구동체의 표면부를 화학적으로 활성화하여 산과 반응시켜서 철성분을 주로 용해해서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 구동체의 제조방법.
