판스프링과, 이 판스프링에 접합된 접점으로 이루어진 가동접촉자의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 판스프링의 소재로서 용체화 처리후의 시효경화용 동합금을 사용해서, 이 소재를 반시효 경화처리, 연마가공 처리 및 방청피막처리의 일관된 연속처리공정에 붙이고, 이어서 얻어지는 판스프링에 접점을 접합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동접촉자의 제조방법.
