Claims (9)
- 염료를 용매와 혼합하여 니트로셀룰로오스 용액을 만들고, 니트로셀룰로오스를 용매와 혼합하여 니트로셀룰로오스 용액을 만든 다음 ; 용매에 분산된 염료를 니트로셀룰로오스와 혼합하여 영상매체액 피복을 형성한 후 ; 영상매체액의 점도를 안정화시키기 위해서 영상 매체 피복물을 약 50℃이상으로 가열하여 상기 시간동안 같은 온도에서 용액을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엷고 균일한 융삭성 영상 매체를 제조하는데 사용하기에 적당한 용액을 제조하는 방법.
- 염료용액과 니트로셀룰로오스 용액을 혼합하는 단계는, 영상 매체 용액에 상기 점도를 부여하기위해, 상기 양의 용매를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 청구범위 I에 따른 방법.
- 영상 매체 용액에 약 9c.p의 점도를 부여하기 위해 충분한 용매가 첨가되는 청구범위 2에 따른 방법.
- 제 I혼합단계에서 분산 적색 I염료 약 37g이 용매 약 3ℓ와 혼합되고, 제2혼합단계에서 니트로셀룰로오스 약 200g이 용액 약 6ℓ와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 용액에 약 8c.p의 점도를 부여하기 위해서, 제3혼합단계가 용매 약 3ℓ를 영상 매체 용액에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 청구범위 4에 따른 방법.
- 가열단계에서, 영상매체 용액이 약 60℃의 온도로 가열되고, 같은 온도에서 적어도 약 1시간 동안 유지되는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 상기 크기 이상의 외부 물질을 제거하기 위해서 염료용액과 영상매체 용액을 여과하는 단계를 포함하는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 여과단계에서 약 0.2마이크론 이상의 외부물질을 제거하는 청구범위 7에 따른 방법.
- 염료액을 만들기 위해서 분산 적색I 염료 약 37g을 적당 용매 약 3ℓ와 혼합하고 ; 니트로셀룰로오스 용액을 만들기 위해서 니트로셀룰로오스 약 200g을 적당용매 약 6ℓ와 혼합하고 ; 약 9c.p의 점도를 갖는 영상매체 용액을 만들기 위해서 염료용액을 니트로셀룰로오스 용액과 적당용매 약 3ℓ를 첨가하면서 혼합하고 ; 영상 매체 용액의 점도를 상기 수준으로 안정화시키기 위해서 영상 매체 용액을 약 60℃로 가열한 다음 이 용액을 같은 온도에서 적어도 약 1시간 동안 유지하는 것을 특징으로하는 엷고 균일한 영상 매체의 제조에 사용하기 적당한 용액을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
