Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a capsule dispersing liquid having an improved viscosity stability and capable of being applied uniformly by adding a pulp powder to the microcapsule dispersing liquid containing polyvinyl alcohol. CONSTITUTION:A pulp powder whose weight average fiber length is 80 microns or less is added in a microcapsule dispersing liquid containing polyvinyl alcohol. In case where the above described pulp powder of an extremely short weight average fiber length is used, it is effective in the phenomenon of increasing the viscosity but the orginal object of blending the pulp powder is not achieved. Therefore, it is desirable to use a pulp powder having the weight average fiber length of 20 microns or more. The reason why the viscosity stability is excellent inspite of the coexistence of polyvinyl alcohol and pulp powder is probably in that the pulp powder of a short fiber length is difficult in causing intertwinements due to the coagulating effect of polyvinyl alcohol, and does neighter contribute to the formation of polyvinyl alcohol molecules into a network structure nor to increase the viscosity of the system.
