Claims (15)

  1. 직물의 아랫쪽에 결합제를 혼입, 분포형태로 사용하는 반면에 동시적으로 직물의 윗쪽에 피복하는형태로 접착조성물을 사용하고(여기서 결합제 및 조성물 사용은 일직선으로 된 중심의 반대되는 쌍의 단위를 형성하는 첫번째와 두번째 단위의 분리된 첫번째와 두번째 단위의 각각을 첫번째와 두번째 형태로 반복한다),조성물이 찰기가 있고, 직물이 부착되며 직물로 조성물이 실제적으로 투과되는 영향을 주게 될 직물에 대함 유통상태를 허용하는 것을 실제로 방지하기 위해 시용전 또느 시용후 정해진 온도와 시간으로 조성물을 가영하고, 결합제를 다리결합 시키고 적어도 부분적으로 짜여지지 않은 직물의 직물을 결합시키기 위해 혼입된 결합제, 조성물 피복된 직물을 조사함을 특징으로 하는 각각 조사 다리결합성 결합제 및 열가소성 접착조성물로 짜여지지 않는 직물을 동시, 계속적으로 결합하고 피복하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어 조성물은 열용융, 수성슬러리 스크린 또는 분상원점법임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어 조성물은 영용융법으로 시용하고 저성물 피복, 결합제 혼입직물은 직물에 열이 가해진 후 즉시 대류, 전도 또는 조사냉각되어 직물에 대한 조성물의 재용융을 실제적으로 방지함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어 조성물을 수성슬러리의 스크린법에 의해 물로 또는 분상원정법에 의해 건조, 미세입자로 미세한 입자 페이스트로 사용하고 결합제 혼입, 조성물 피복된 직물을 조사하여 열조사부분을 얻고 그것은 조성물이 찰기가 있고 직물이 부착되기에 충분하도록 하여 조성물이직물로 투과되고 용해하는 것을 실제로 방지함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어 결합제 혼입, 조성물 피복된 직물을 열용융조성물의 사용후 즉시 냉각기류 또는 냉각룰러실린더로 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 5항에 있어 UV조사가 이용되고 직물을 조사후 다시 냉각기류 또는 냉락 롤러 실린더로 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어 UV조사가 이용되고 UV가속기에 의함 적어도 50%의 에너지는 열조사임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어 조성물 입자 크기는 약 0.2㎜이하인 방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어 전자조사가 이용되는 방법.
  10. 제7 또는 8항에 있어 UV조사는 적어도 ㎝당 80W의 광력의 수은기체 충전등에 의해 가소화 되는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어 조사원은 약 50내지 500eV의 힘을 갖는 방법.
  12. 제1,2,3,4,6,7.8,9 또는 11항에 있어 결합체의 첫번째 적용단위의 크기는 적어도 조성물의 두번째 적용단위의 크기와 같은 것인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어 첫번째 단위는 두번째 단위보다 더 큰 것인 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어 반대되는 첫번째 및 두번째 단위의 쌍은 일치하는 방법.
  15. 제1,2,3,4,5,7,9 또는 11항에 있어 첫번째 및 두번째 단위의 첫번째 및 두번째 형태는 정상적 또는 비정상 표면 물빼개를 갖는 방법.
