Claims (21)

  1. 석탁입자의 액체가 혼합되어 제1슬러리형성을 위해 플러그 유출로 진출하는 혼합지역에 분쇄된 원료공급 석탄과 비수용성액체를 계속적으로 공급하고; 상기 혼합지역으로부터 상기 제1슬러리를 제거하고 이것을 상기 제1슬러리가 유동성 슬러리 제조를 위해 제슬러리와 혼합되고, 상기 제2슬러리가 고온인 상태의 공급혼합지역에 이송하며; 그리 상기 비수용성 액체의 최소한 일부를 공급하기 위해 제2슬러리와 같이 상기 혼합지역에 상기 유동성 슬러리의 일부를 계속적으로 재순환하여 이루어지는 유동성 슬러리 형성을 위해 분쇄한 석탄과 비수용성 액체의 계속적 혼합방법.
  2. 상기 비수용성 액체가 석탄액화 공정으로부터 유도되는 제1항의 방법.
  3. 상기 원료 공급석탄에 대한 제3슬러리의 무게비가 3:1인 제1항의 방법.
  4. 원료공급석탄에 대한 제3슬러리의 무게비가 5:1 내지 15:1인 제3항의 방법.
  5. 상기 혼합지역이 계속적으로 연결된 제1 및 제2혼합단계로 이루어지는 제1항의 방법.
  6. 상기 제3슬러리가 최소한 1개의 제1 및 제2혼합지역에 재순환하는 제5항의 방법.
  7. 상기 제3슬러리의 10 내지 50무게%가 상기 제1혼합지역에 재순환되고 상기 제3슬러리의 나머지가 상기 제2혼합단계에 재순환되는 제6항의 방법.
  8. 상기 비수용성 액체가 수분제거 기질에 공급석탄 1파운드당 0.5 내지 5.0파운드비율로 상기 제1혼합지역에 첨가되는 제5항의 방법.
  9. 상기 비수용성 액체가 수분제거 기질에 공급석탄 1파운드당 2 내지 25파운드의 비율로 상기 제2혼합지역에 첨가되는 제5항의 방법.
  10. 제1혼합지역에서의 용출물이 반고체상인 제5항의 방법.
  11. 상기 제2슬러리가 석탄액화 공정에서 얻어지고 상기 공급혼합 지역에 첨가할때의 온도가 최소한 약400℉인 제1항의 방법.
  12. 상기 제2슬러리의 온도가 약 500°내지 700℃ 인 제11항의 방법.
  13. 상기 공급혼합지역이 250°내지 600℃ 온도에서 가동되는 제1항의 방법.
  14. 상기 원료공급 석탄에서 수분이 상기 혼합지역에 첨가되는 상기 제3슬러리의 열에 의해 증류되는 제1항의 방법.
  15. 약 500°내지 700℃의 온도에서 제4슬러리로 이루어지는 석탄액화 공정으로부터의 슬러리를 상기 혼합지역에 첨가하는 제1항의 방법.
  16. 상기 혼합지역이 최소한 하나의 흙 반죽기계지역으로 이루어지는 제1항의 방법.
  17. 상기 혼합지역이 최소한 두개의 흙 반죽기계지역으로 이루어지는 제16항의 방법.
  18. 상기 혼합지역이 최소한 수개의-스크류 공급기지역으로 이루어지는 제1항의 방법.
  19. 상기 유동성 슬러리의 일부가 석탄액화공정에 공급 슬러리로서 통과하는 제1항의 방법.
  20. 상기 석탄액화공정의 슬러리가 상기 공급혼합지역에 제2슬러리로서 재순환되는 제19항의 방법.
