Claims (21)
- 석탁입자의 액체가 혼합되어 제1슬러리형성을 위해 플러그 유출로 진출하는 혼합지역에 분쇄된 원료공급 석탄과 비수용성액체를 계속적으로 공급하고; 상기 혼합지역으로부터 상기 제1슬러리를 제거하고 이것을 상기 제1슬러리가 유동성 슬러리 제조를 위해 제슬러리와 혼합되고, 상기 제2슬러리가 고온인 상태의 공급혼합지역에 이송하며; 그리 상기 비수용성 액체의 최소한 일부를 공급하기 위해 제2슬러리와 같이 상기 혼합지역에 상기 유동성 슬러리의 일부를 계속적으로 재순환하여 이루어지는 유동성 슬러리 형성을 위해 분쇄한 석탄과 비수용성 액체의 계속적 혼합방법.
- 상기 비수용성 액체가 석탄액화 공정으로부터 유도되는 제1항의 방법.
- 상기 원료 공급석탄에 대한 제3슬러리의 무게비가 3:1인 제1항의 방법.
- 원료공급석탄에 대한 제3슬러리의 무게비가 5:1 내지 15:1인 제3항의 방법.
- 상기 혼합지역이 계속적으로 연결된 제1 및 제2혼합단계로 이루어지는 제1항의 방법.
- 상기 제3슬러리가 최소한 1개의 제1 및 제2혼합지역에 재순환하는 제5항의 방법.

- 약 500°내지 700℃의 온도에서 제4슬러리로 이루어지는 석탄액화 공정으로부터의 슬러리를 상기 혼합지역에 첨가하는 제1항의 방법.
