Description

에어로솔 용기용제품 포대 및 이들 사용한 추지제 충전방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 에어로솔 용기의 단면도로서, 그 중간부를 절취한 것임.
제2도는 본 발명용기 상부의 일부 확대 수직단면도로서, 제품 포대를 용기 내부의 적소에 위치시키고 밸브컵(valve cup)을 제품 포대 및 용기에 관하여 위치시킨 상태를 보여주는 것임.
제3도는 제2도와 유사한 일부 단면도로서, 밸브 컵을 용기상에 완전히 안치시켜서 제품 포대의 환상 플랜지를 용기 플랜지 쪽으로 고정시킴과 동시에 제품 포대의 목을 용기와 정렬시켜서 제품 포대의 환상 플래지를 밸브컵에 접합시킨 상태를 보여주는 것임.
제4도는 제2도 및 제3도와 유사한 일부 단면도로서, 제품 포대를 들어 올려서 밸브 컵을 용기로부터 해탈시키고 용기 플랜지와 제품 포대의 환상 플랜지 사이에 추진제 충전용 공간 또는 계구부를 형성시킨 상태를 보여주는 것임.
제5도는 제2도와 유사한 일부 단면도로서, 밸브 컵을 다시금 축방향으로 압입시켜서 추진제가 빠져 나가지 못하게 용기를 밀페시키도록 용기상의 적소에 위치시키고 용기 플랜지 주위에서 밀봉 플랜지를 오므리기 직전의 상태를 보여주는 것임.

Claims (12)

  1. 제품 포대를 포함하는 종류의 에어로솔 용기에 추진제를 충전시키는 방법에 있어서, 개구부를 형성하는 용기 플랜지에서 끝나는 상부를 가진 용기를 마련하는 단계, 환상 플랜지에서 끝나는 목을 가진 제품 포대를 마련하는 단계, 목을 용기의 개구부를 통하여 밖으로 연장시키고 환상 플랜지를 축방향으로 간격을 두고 용기 플랜지상에 위치시킨 상태로 하여 제품포대를 용기내에 위치시키는 단계, 밸브컵의 밀봉플랜지를 환상 플랜지와 접촉시킨 상태로 하여 제품 포상대에 밸브컵을 위치시키는 단계, 용기 플랜지상에 환상 플랜지를 일시적으로 안치시키도록 밸브컵을 압하시키고 밀봉 플랜지에 환상 플랜지를 접합시키는 단계, 제품 포대로 밸브컵을 상향으로 밀어올려서 밸브 컵을 해탈시키고 환상 플랜지가 용기플랜지상에서 간격이 떨어지게 하는 단계, 및 추진제를 용기 플랜지와 환상 플랜지사이로 용기내에 주입시켜서 제품 포대 목주위의 개구부를 통하여 충전시키는 단계로 구성된 것이 특징인 추진제 충전 방법.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 다음에 밀봉 플랜지와 용기 플랜지사이에 환상 플랜지를 견고하게 고정시키도록 밸브컵을 하향으로 다시금 이동시킴으로써 용기를 폐쇄시키는 것이 특징인 방법.
  3. 에어로솔 용기용 제품 포대에 있어서, 용기 플랜지와 밸브컵 플랜지사이에 위치되도록 반경 방향 외향으로 향한 환상 플랜지에서 끝나며, 이 환상 플랜지 아래에 배치된 측방향으로 절첩 가능한 탄성부를 가진목을 포함하여 된 제품 포대.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제3항에 있어서 상기 축방향으로 절첩 가능한 부분이 반경 방향 내향으로 향하고 반경 방향 회향으로 계구된 V형 단면부 형태로 되고, 이 V형 목부분은 개구된 상태로 형성된 것이 특징인 제품 포대.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제4항에 있어서, 상기 V형 목부분이 밸브 컵에 의해서 압압 접촉되도록 상기 환상 플랜지 아래의 중간에 배치된 것이 특징인 제품 포대.
  6. 특허청구의 범위 제4 또는 5항에 있어서, 상기 목이 상기 환상 플랜지와 상기 V형 목부분 사이의 원통형 부분을 포함하는 것이 특징인 제품 포대.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제6항에 있어서, 상기 목이 상기 V형 목부분 아래의 원통 부분을 포함하는 것이 특징인 제품 포대.
  8. 에어로솔 용기 조립체에 있어서, 개구부를 형성하는 용기 플랜지에서 끝나는 상단부를 가진 용기 상기 개구부를 통하여 연장하고 상기 용기 플랜지상에 놓이는 환상 플랜지에서 끝나는 목을 가지며 상기 용기내에 안치되는 제품 포대, 및 상기 개구부를 폐쇄시키도록 된 밸브 컵으로 구성되고 상기 밸브 컵은 상기 개구부를 밀봉 폐쇄시키도록 상기 용기 플랜지와 협동하도록 된 밀봉 플랜지, 및 이 밀봉 플랜지를 상기 환상 플랜지에 고정시킴으로써 상기 제품 포대로 상기 밸브 컵을 지지시키고 상기 환상 플랜지가 상기 용기 플랜지상에서 간격이 떨어 지도록 하는 수단을 포함하여서 되고, 상기 제품 포대 목은 추진제 충전용 통로가 상기 밸브 컵 아래에서 상기 제품 포대 주위에 형성되는 곳인 상기 개구부보다 작게되어 있는 것이 특징인 어로솔 용기 조립체.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제8항에 있어서, 상기 환상 플랜지를 그 사이에 고정시키면서 상기 밸브 컵이 상기 용기 플랜지상에 접촉되도록 축방향 하향으로 이동되기에 충분하도록 상기 목을 형성시키도록 상기 환상 플랜지 아래에서 그에 인접하여 축방향으로 절첩가능한 부분을 상기 제품 포대 목이 포함하는 것이 특징인 에어로솔 용기 조립체.
  10. 특허청구의 범위 제9항에 있어서, 상기 축방향으로 절첩 가능한 목부분이 반경 방향 내향으로 향한 V형 단면부로 된 것이 특징인 에어로솔 용기 조립체.
  11. 계구부를 형성하는 용기 플랜지에서 끝나는 상단부를 가진 용기, 일반적으로 상기 개구부내에 위치 되고 상기 개구부보다 작은 크기로 되어 있으며 상기 용기 플랜지상의 환상 플랜지에서 끝나는 목을 가지며 상기 용기내에 안치된 제품 포대, 및 상기 용기 플랜지와 견고하게 고정되어 밀봉되도록된 밀봉 플랜지를 가지며 상기 계구부내에 안치되는 밸브컵으로 구성된 에어로솔 용기에 있어서, 상기 제품 포대의 목이 상기 밸브컵에 의해서 축방향 내향으로 압압접촉되고 상기 목은 또 상기 밸브 컵에 인접하여 축방향으로 압축되고 축방향으로 연장가능한 탄성부를 갖도록 구성시킨 것이 특징인 에어로솔 용기의 개량.
  12. 특허청구의 범위 제11항에 있어서, 상기 축방향으로 연장가능한 탄성부가 처음에 반경방향 내향으로 향한 V형 단면부로 된 설이 특징인 에어로솔 용기.
