제1도는 부분 단면으로 도시한 밸브 에어로솔 용기 상에 위치된 본 발명의 작동기를 통한 종단면도이며, 밸브 및 용기가 부분 절단되어 있다.
제1도는 밀폐 상태에서 에어로솔 밸브를 도시한 것이다.
제2도는 제1도와같은 종단면도이다.
제2도는 개방 상태에서 에어로솔 밸브를 도시한 것이다.
제3도는 본 발명의 갸량 작동기의 핑거 부재를 통한 종단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 에어로솔 용기의 가압된 함유물을 용기에 연결한 관형 밸브 스템을 통하여 배출하기 위한 계량 작동기에 있어서, 밸브형 관형 밸브 스템을 수납하기에 적당한 리세스를 형성한 허브를 구비하고, 상기 허브가, 밸브 스템이 있는 한 단부에서 그러고 계량 챔버가 있는 다른 단부에서 연통한 도관과, 돔 부분과, 환형 측면 플랜지와, 측면 플랜지에서 하방으로 연장한 측면 벽과, 환형 측면 벽과 결합된 밀봉 수단을 갖도록 구성된 밸브 개구 부재와; 밀봉 관계에서 밸브 개구 부재의 돔 부분을 수납하기에 적당한 리세스를 형성하고 배출 노즐에 재료의 유동용 도관을 적어도 일부분에 형성한 허브를 구비한 밸브 개구 부재를 둘러싸고 밀봉하도록 형성되고, 환형 측면 벽과 결합된 밀봉 수단을 가진 환형 측면 벽과, 측면 벽에서 측방으로 연장한 가요성 플랜지와, 핑거 베어링 부재를 에어로솔 용기의 밸브 밀폐 비드에 부착하기 위해 적당한 가요성 플랜지로부터 하방으로 연장한 환형 측면 벽을 구비한 핑거 베어링 부재와; 직립 환형 벽과 결합 리세스 사이에 간섭 끼워 맞춤을 형성한 밸브 개구 부재 및 핑거 베어링 부재의 밀봉 수단과; 핑거 베어링 부재의 하부 표면과 밸브 개구 부재의 외부 표면에 의해 형성된 계량 챔버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량작동기.
  2. 에어로솔 용기의 가압된 함유물을 용기에 연결한 관형 밸브 스템을 통하여 배출하기 위한 계량 작동기에 있어서, 밸브형 관형 밸브 스템을 수납하기에 적합한 허브를 구비하고, 상기 허브가 관형 밸브 스템을 통해 개구와 한 단부에서 그리고 계량 챔버와 다른 단부에서 연통되는 도관과, 돔 부분과, 플랜지와 플랜지로부터 하방으로 연장하고 그리고 측면 벽에서 연장된 직립 환형 벽을 가진 제2플랜지까지 연장되는, 환형 측면 벽을 가진 밸브 개구 부재와; 밸브 개구 부재를 둘러싸고 그리고 끼워 맞춤되고, 밀봉관계에서 밸브 개구의 돔 부분을 수납하기에 적당한 리세스를 형성하고 그리고 적어도 일부분에서 배출 노즐에 재료 유동용의 도관을 형성한 허브를 가지며, 밸브 개구 부재의 직립 환형 벽을 수납 및 밀봉하기 위한 리세스를 가진 벽을 갖는 핑거 베어링 부재와; 핑거 베어링 부재의 측면 벽에서 외측으로 연장하고 그리고 핑거 베어링 부재를 에어로솔 용기의 밀폐 비드에 부착하기에 적당한 제2측면 벽까지 연장된 가요성 플랜지와, 핑거 베어링 부재의 하부 표면과 밸브 개구 부재의 외부 표면에 의해 형성된 계량 챔버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 작동기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 돔 부분의 외부 표면이, 핑거 베어링 부재의 돔 및 허브의 외부 표면이 플러그형 간섭 끼워맞춤 되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 작동기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 직립 환형 벽이 벽의 기부로 부터 외측으로 테이퍼진 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 작동기.
