Claims (10)

  1. 소수성 라텍스(hydrophobic latex)로 포화 접착한 섬유상 부직(不織)의 웨브재료(web material)로 구성되어 높은 습윤 내마모정을 구비한 금속재 습윤성을 갖고 전술한 접착된 웨브는 약 40%미만의 습윤마모손실과 흡착 홀딩능력으로서 300%를 초과하는 능력과 독성을 제로화 수준으로 하며 전술한 소수성 라텍스 라텍스내에서의 고체를 베이스로 하여 2%(중량)농도에서 독성을 재로화 수준으로 한 계면 활성제를 함유하여 1회용 의료용 타월류의 용도에 적합하도록 한 접착된 섬유상의 웨브재료.
  2. 상기 라텍스가 내부적으로 안정된 크로스 연결이 가능한 아크릴릭 바인더의 에말젼으로서 웨브재료는 이 아크릴릭 바인더를 5%(중량)이상, 50%(중량)미만 함유하는 특허청구 범위 제1항에 기재된 웨브재료.
  3. 계면활성재를 에틸렌 오사이드와 소수성 베이스(hydrophobic base)의 비이온성 축합품(nonionic condensation prdouct)으로서 그속에 가하고 이 계면활성제는 라텍스내의 고체물을 베이스로 하여 약 2%(중량)까지의 농도를 가지도록 한 특허청구 범위 제1항에 기재된 웨브재료.
  4. 섬유상의 부직(不織)웨브가 자연섬유 또는 합성섬유의 브랜드(blend)로서 습윤 레이드 웨브재료의 형태로 구성된 특허청구 범위 제1,2 또는 제3항에 기재된 웨브재료.
  5. 섬유상의 부직웨브가 10~40%(중량)의 고(高)알파세루로즈펄프, 10~30(중량)의 헤미 세루로즈 펄프, 5~2%(중량)의 식물섬유 및 20~35%(중량)의 합성섬유로 구성된 특허청구 범위 제1,2 또는 3항에 기재된 웨브재료.
  6. 아크릴릭 바인다가 에틸 아크릴수지 베이스로 되고 웨브재료가 이 바인다를 10~30%(중량)함유하는 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 기재된 웨브재료.
  7. 소수성 베이스가 프로필렌 옥사이드와 프로필렌 글리콜의 반응물이 되는 특허청구 범위 제3항에 기재된 웨브재료.
  8. 계면활성제의 분자량이 약 5,000이 되는 특허청구 범위 제3항 또는 제7항에 기재된 웨브재료.
  9. 라텍스가 라텍스내에 고체물을 베이스로 하여 1~2%(중량) 농도에서 비이온성 계면활성제로 개질된 내부적으로 안정된 아크릴릭 에말전이 되고 전술한 웨브가 최소한 600g/25mm의 습윤항장력을 나타내고, 흡착홀딩능력이 최소한 400%습윤 내마노손실은 30%미만 되도록 한 특허청구 범위 제1항에 기재된 웨브재료.
  10. 아크릴릭 에말젼이 에틸 아크릴레이트로부터 만들어지고 비이온성 계면활성제가 프로필렌 옥사이드 및 프로필렌 글리콜과의 반응으로부터 얻어진 소하성 베이스 및 에틸렌 속사이드의 폴리올 축합체가 되는 특허청구 범위 제9항에 기재된 웨브재료.
