Claims (10)

  1. 제품에 대체적으로 공극이 없고, 내화물 알갱이로 구성되는 제1매트릭스와 연속금속상으로 구성되는 제2매트릭스로 구성되는 금속 복합제 제품에 있어서, 상기의 내화물 알갱이가 1-100마이크로미터의 평균 직경을 가지며 내화물은 금속탄화물, 봉화물, 산화물, 균화물, 질화물과 텅스텐, 몰리브덴, 탄달, 니오븀 바나듐, 티탄의 그룹으로 부터 선택된 금속 혹은 이들의 조합으로 구성되고, 상기의 제1매트릭스가 광학현미경하에서 관찰할 때 융점이하의 온도에서 균질한 결정체를 가지며, 상기의 내화물보다 낮은 로크웰 경도를 가지고 골격구조에서 균일하게 분산되는 내화물 알갱이를 충분히 둘러싸는 고형의 제1금속이나 합금으로 구성되는 단일의 골격구조로 구성되고, 상기의 제2매트릭스의 연속금속상이 상기 골격구조의 연결된 기공을 차지하고, 골격구조를 적시며, 제1금속이나 합금과 같거나 이보다 낮은 로크웰경도를 가지며, 상기의 제1금속이나 합금보다 낮은 융점을 갖는 고형의 제2금속이나 합금으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 금속 복합재 제품.
  2. 상기의 내화물이 금속탄화물로 구성되고, 상기의 제1금속이나 합금은 철이나 철합금으로 구성되며, 상기의 제2금속이나 합금은 구리나 구리합금으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는특허청구범위 제1항에 따르는 제품.
  3. 상기의 내화물이 텅스텐 탄화물로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 전항의 어느 한항에 따르는 제품.
  4. 상기 내화물이 제품체적의 2-15%를 차지하고, 상기 제1금속이나 합금은 제품체적의 35-70%를 차지하며, 상기 제2금속이나 합금은 제품체적의 15-50%를 차지함을 특징으로 하는 전항의 어느 한행에 따르는 제품.
  5. 상기의 내화물이 제품체적의 8-13%를 차지하고, 상기의 제1금속이나 합금이 제품체적의 57-62%를 차지하며, 상기의 제2금속이나 합금은 제품체적의 25-30%를 차지함을 특징으로하는 전항의 어느한항에 따르는 제품.
  6. 상기의 제1금속이나 합금이 철이나 철합금으로 구성되고, 상기의 제2금속이나 합금이 구리나 망간으로 구성되며, 상기의 망간이 제2금속이나 합금중량의 4-35%를 차지함을 특징으로 하는 전항의 어느한항에 따르는 제품.
  7. 상기의 제품이 50이상의 로크웰 경도를 가지며, 노치없는 샤피 충격강도가 15주울 이상임을 특징으로하는 전항의 어느한항에 따르는 제품.
  8. 상기의 제품이 상기의 내화물, 제1금속이나 합금과 제2금속이나 합금의 밀도를 기초로한 이론밀도의 적어도 97%의 밀도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 전항의 어느 한항에 따르는 제품.
  9. 상기의 내화물 알갱이가 1-15마이크로미터의 평균직경을 가지고, 상기의 제품이 다이공동임을 특징으로 하는 전항의 어느한항에 따르는 제품.
  10. 1-100마이크로미터의 평균직경을 가지는 내화물 알갱이가 1-100마이크로미터의 평균 직경을 가지는 제1금속이나 합금 알갱이와 혼합되고, 상기의 내화물은 금속탄화물, 붕화물, 산화물, 규화물, 질화물이나 텅스텐, 몰리브덴, 탄탈, 니오븀, 바다듐, 티탄그룹으로부터 선택된 금속으로 구성되며, 상기의 제1금속이나 합금이 광학 현미경하의 관찰시 융점이하의 온도에서 균질한 결정체를 가지며 내화물보다 낮은 로크웰 경도를 가지고, 이로써 균이랗ㄴ 혼합물이 이루어지과, 상기의 균일한 혼합물이 열방출 유기 결합체의 50체적 %까지와 혼합되고, 결과적인 혼합물을 가열된 유연성이 있는 주형에 주형되고, 상기의 주형과내용물은 실온가지 냉각되고, 상기의내용물이 주형의 외부에 진공을 적용시킴에 의해 주형에 분리되어공극이 없는 주형의 크기와 형상을 가지는 생주형된 예비형태를 형성하고, 상기의 생주형된 예비형태가상기의 결합제를 열적으로 제거하기 위해 가열되고, 단단하고 취급이 용이한 골격형 예비형태를 형성하고 상기의 골격형 예비형태는 골격구조를 적시고 제1금속이나 합금의 경도와 같거나 이보다 작은 로크웰 경도를 가지는 제2금속이나 합금에 접촉하여 위치하고, 상기의 골격형 예비형태는 골격형 예비형태와 제2금속이나 합금을 제2금속의 융점이상 제1금속이나 합금의 융점이하 온도 가열시킴에 의해 제2금속이나 합금과 용침되며 이로써 제2금속은 녹아서 모세관 작용으로 예비형태의 연결된 기공에 스며들고, 제1금속은 내화물 알갱이가 제1금속이나 합금에 완전히 용해하지 않는다는 조건으로 내화물 알갱이르 충분히 둘러싸고, 결과적인 용침부는 실온가지 냉가되어 대체적으로 공극이 없는 정확한 주형제품을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 전항의 어느 한항에 따르는 금속복합제품을 형성하기 위한 방법.
