Claims (3)
- 에틸 5-옥소-2-[(4-피리딘일)카르본일] 헥산오에이트를 과량의 수용성 황산과 함께 가열하고 과량의 산을 중화한 후 생성된 뜨거운 혼합물을 이소프로필 알코올과 함께 잘 진탕하여 3-(4-피리딘일)-2-사이클로헥센-1-온을 추출하여 무거운 따뜻한 수용층을 배출시키고 하이드록실아민 염산염을 3-(4-피리딘일)-2-사이클로헥센-1-온의 이소프로필 알코올 용액에 가하고 그 혼합물을 환류에서 교반하고 염기성화한 후 증발 건조하고 잔사로부터 3-(4-피리딘일)-2-사이클로헥센-1-온 옥심을 단리하는 것으로 구성된 1용기반응을 특징으로 하는, 에틸 5-옥소-2-[(4-피리딘일)카르본일] 헥산오에이트를 수용성 산성 조건에서 가열하여 1-(4-피리딘일)-헥산-1,5-디온을 제조하고 상기 헥산-1,5-디온을 염기성 응결제와 함께 가열하여 3-(4-피리딘일)-2-사이클로헥센-1-온을 제조하고 상기 사이클로헥센-1-온을 그의 옥심으로 전환시킴으로써, 3-(4-피리딘일)-2-사이클로헥센-1-온 옥심을 제조하는 방법.
- 에틸 5-옥소-2-[(4-피리딘일)카르본일] 헥산오에이트 1몰당 3몰당량의 황산을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 기재된 방법.
- 과량의 황산을 수용성 수산화 나트륨 용액으로 중화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
