2격실 전해용기 및 3격실 전해용기를 이용한 크롬산 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 방법을 사용하여 알칼리금속의 크롬산염을 공정중에 도입하여 크롬산을 제조하는 예를 나타낸 제조동정도.
제2도는 전체 공정중의 일부로서 불순물 제거의 예를 예시한 동정도.

Claims (1)

  1. 크롬광을 배소하고 고형분을 제거하여 일차로 중간체인 오염된 알칼리금속의 크롬산염을 만든 후 다시 처리하여 알칼리금속의 중크롬산용액으로부터 크롬산을 얻음에 있어서
    (가) 2%정도이하의 크롬산 6가 크롬으로서 존재하는 환원상태의 크롬을 함유하는 오염된 알칼리금속의 크롬산염을 불투과성인 양이온 교환막으로 음극실과 유입실로 구분된 전해용기의 유입실로 도입하고,
    (나) 전해질을 음극실로 도입하여,
    (다) 전해용기에 전해전류를 가하여 금속이온오염물을 전해용기의 양이온 교환막으로 유인함과 동시에 양극실에서 알칼리금속의 중크롬산염용액을 제조하고,
    (라) 음극실로 부터는 알칼리 생성물을 함유하는 전해된 음극액을 배출하며,
    (마) 전해용기로 부터는 거의 환원된 금속이온불순물을 가진 알칼리금속의 중크롬산염을 배출하고,
    (바) 중크롬산염용액을 공정의 하향류로 통과시켜 다음공정에서 크롬산을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 불순물제거가 용이한 크롬산 제조방법.
