Claims (14)

  1. 유기카르본산 또는 그의 무수물과 알코올을 유기금속 화합물 에스테르화 촉매의 존재하에 반응시켜서 얻어지는 에스테르화 반응 혼합물을, 염기성 물질로 처리하고, 다시 그 자체 공지의 방법으로 정제하므로써, 이 에스테르화 반응혼합물로부터 에스테르를 정제하는 방법에 있어서, 이 염기성 물질로의 처리전에, 이 에스테르화 반응혼합물에 미리 물을 첨가하고 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 금속성분에 의한 오염이 적은 에스테르를 고수율로 정제하는 방법.
  2. 물을 이 에스테르화 반응혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 5-50중량%의 양으로 첨가하는 특허청구범위 제(1)의 방법.
  3. 물을 이 에스테르화 반응혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 5-20중량%의 양으로 첨가하는 특허청구범위 제(2)의 방법.
  4. 물이 첨가된 이 에스테르화 반응혼합물을 60-98℃의 온도로 가열하는 특허청구 범위 제(1)의 방법.
  5. 물이 첨가된 이 에스테르화 반응혼합물을 80-98℃의 온도로 가열하는 특허청구 범위 제(4)의 방법.
  6. 이 가열을 적어도 30분간 계속하는 특허청구 범위 제(4) 또는 (5)의 방법.
  7. 이 에스테르화 반응혼합물이 1.0이하의 산가를 가진 특허청구 범위 제(1)의 방법.
  8. 이 에스테르화 촉매가 유기티탄화합물계 또는 유기주석 화합물계의 에스테르화 촉매인 특허청구 범위 제(1)의 방법.
  9. 이 염기성 물질이 알칼리 금속의 수산화물 탄산염 또는 중탄산염인 특허청구 범위 제(1)의 방법.
  10. 이 유기 카르본산이 프탈산 또는 트리메리트산, 이들 산의 무수물 또는 아디핀산인 특허청구 범위 제(1)의 방법.
  11. 유기카르본산의 무수물이 무수프탈산인 특허청구 범위 제(1)의 방법.
  12. 이 알코올이 탄소원자수 1-13개의 지방족 1가 알코올인 특허청구 범위 제(1)의 방법.
  13. 이 알코올이 2-에틸헥실알코올인 특허청구 범위 제(12)의 방법.
  14. 특허청구의 제(1)에서 제(13)의 어느것인가의 방법에 의하여 회수된 에스테르.
