본 고안은 온수보일러의 동체를 2매의 철판으로 대접 형성하고 두 철판이 대접하는 주연부를 시임벤딩(Seam Bending)에 의하여 커어링(Curring)하므로서 동체를 용접하지 않고 형성하여 보일러의 수명이 연장되도록 하고 보일러 동체 내면부에 세류관을 설치하여 온수의 순환작용을 촉진시키도록 한 것이다.The present invention forms the fuselage of the hot water boiler with two sheets of iron and forms the edge of the two plates that is welded by seam bending without welding the fuselage to extend the life of the boiler. 이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 보일러동체(B)의 주연부를 벤딩로울러를 사용하여 커어링 가공한 것이므로 보일러동체(B) 자체에는 용접부위가 없는 것으로서 수밀성이 양호하며, 2매의 철판을 대접시켜 보일러동체(B)를 형성하므로서 제조공정이 간단하여 대량생산에 적합한 것이고, 일단 주연부를 커어링한 보일러 동체(B)는 반원형등의 원호상으로 만곡시킨 후 급수관(4)과 온수관(5)을 관접하고 내면부에는 세류관(6)을 장설하여 제 5 도에 나타낸 바와같이 2개의 보일러동체를 원형이 되게 대접하여 사용할 수도 있는 것이며, 보일러 내면부에 장설한 세류관(6)의 양단부를 급수관(4)과 온수관(5)에 대향되게 관접하므로서 세류관(6)내에서 가열 가압된 열수가 온수관(5)내로 용이하게 진입하여 온수의 순환작용을 촉진하게 되는 것이다.The present invention configured as described above is a curling process using a bending roller around the periphery of the boiler body (B), so that the boiler body (B) itself does not have a welded portion, which has good watertightness, and welds two steel plates to the boiler body ( By forming B), the manufacturing process is simple and suitable for mass production.
