Abstract
The sleeve which can be formed into shape by heating is formed of a sheet material mounted on an elbow bend fored in a substrate. The sleeve is fixed in place before it is treated. The sleeve is pref. formed of at least two sheets of material, each sheet being treated on one side so that it may be fixed in place. The angle of the elbow is pref. between 60 deg. and 120 deg. The sleeve may be formed of outer and inner layers which have dias. conforming to the outer and inner dias, of the elbow.
