Claims (1)

(a) 건조된 녹나무 잎과 가지를 분쇄한 분쇄물을 에탄올용매에 혼합하여 전처리를 통해 추출물을 생성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 추출물에서 분쇄물찌꺼기를 분리한 추출액을 감압농축시스템에서 감압농축하여 녹나무 농축추출액(Camphora oil)을 준비하는 단계;
(c) 상기 녹나무 농축추출액에,
차나무추출물(Tea saponin), 히카마(Pachyrhizus erosus, Yam bean) 종자추출물 2가지를 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 천연유래 식물추출물이 함유된 토양해충 살충조성물에 있어서,
(a) 단계에서, 분쇄물을 에탄올용매와 혼합하고, 진탕배양기(shaking incubator)에서 온도를 55~65℃로 설정하고, 130 ~ 160rpm으로 셋팅(setting)하여 23~25시간동안 인큐베이션(incubation)하여 추출물을 생성하고,
(b) 단계에서, 감압농축시스템(rotary evaporator)의 히팅 배쓰 온도(heating bath temp)는 40~60℃이고, 서큘레이션 온도 (circulation temp)는 8~11℃이고,
(c) 단계에서, 차나무추출, 히카마(Pachyrhizus erosus, Yam bean) 종자추출물 2가지를 녹나무 농축추출액에 혼합시에는 계면활성제를 혼합하여 1차 교반하고, 증량제로 정제수를 투입하여 2차 교반하여 액상으로 이루어지고,
(c) 단계에서, 녹나무 농축추출액에, 히카마(Pachyrhizus erosus, Yam bean) 종자추출물은 녹나무 농축추출액에 혼합하여 일정크기의 입상으로 형성하도록 하고,
(c) 단계에서, 히카마(Pachyrhizus erosus, Yam bean) 종자추출물은 히카마 종자를 분쇄하여 헥산을 히카마 종자의 중량을 증량의 비율에서 20배수 비율로 넣은 후 실온에서 24시간 추출하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연유래 식물추출물이 함유된 토양해충 살충조성물.
