Description

Insect-repellent bactericide containing camphor oil tail oil component and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of agricultural application, in particular to an insect-repellent bactericide containing camphor oil tail oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In agricultural production practice, the problem of mixing different types of pests often occurs, and tea top moth, cotton bollworm, rice leaf roller, rice planthopper, chilo suppressalis, stem borer, thrips, rice weevil, diamond back moth, beet armyworm, prodenia litura and aphid are pests which often exist simultaneously or in succession, for example on crops such as rice, cotton, cruciferous vegetables, fruit trees and the like.
The tea top moth, lepidoptera, poinsettidae, hosts comprise tea, tea-oil tree and camellia, and the larvae mainly eat the young shoots at the top of the tea tree to damage the young shoots, so that the young shoots die and the yield of the tea is influenced. At present, the medicines for preventing and controlling the tea top moth mainly comprise 40 percent of dimethoate, 80 percent of dichlorvos emulsion 1500 times liquid, 2.5 percent of Tianwangxing emulsifiable solution 3000 times liquid and 50 percent of minium powder 1500 times liquid.
The chemical pesticide is a toxic chemical agent, and can kill the diseases and insect pests of crops and trees with a small amount of chemical pesticide or has important influence on the physiological activity of the diseases and insect pests. The chemical pesticide has the advantages of low use cost, quick response, multiple varieties and wide prevention and control objects. The disadvantages are that the environment is polluted, the residual pesticide is accumulated in food under the concentration action of a food chain, and the food is enriched in vivo after being eaten by people, thereby threatening the health and life of human beings and easily causing serious diseases such as cancer and the like; pests are susceptible to drug resistance.
Tea saponin is a non-ionic surfactant, has strong spreading power, emulsifying power, dispersing power, wetting power and foaming power, has high toxicity to cold blood animals, and is non-toxic or low-toxic to warm-blooded animals such as human and livestock. The compound has multiple functions of killing insects, killing bacteria, killing mites and reducing surface tension, and has different action mechanisms with chemical pesticides. However, the tea saponin has contact poisoning and stomach poisoning effects on plant diseases and insect pests, but the tea saponin has poor quick-acting property, large application dosage and poor single use effect.
Cinnamomum camphora (with the academic name of Camphorum longipaniticulatum (Gamble) N. Chao ex H.W.Li) is evergreen arbor of Lauraceae, with height of 20 m and diameter at breast height of 50 cm; the bark is gray, the branch is cylindrical, hairless, the young branch is fine, the leaves are intergrowth, oval or elliptical, the tip is suddenly short and gradually sharp to long and gradually sharp, the upper surface is dark green, bright, the lower surface is grey green, dark, the two surfaces are hairless, the leaf stalk is flat and back convex, light green, the cone inflorescence axillary, is fine, the branch is fine and weak, each branch is 3-7 flowers of the polypodium, the shaft is hairless, the flower is light yellow, fragrance is provided, the stalk is fine, the flower quilt is cone-shaped, the flower quilt is oval, the filament is white and soft, the filament is glandless, the anther is long round, the ovary is oval, the young fruit is spherical, the flower is in 5-6 months, and the fruit is yielded in 7-9 months.
Yibin is the primary resource of the cinnamomum camphora, and by the end of 2018, 47 ten thousand mu of cinnamomum camphora forest base in the whole market has the crude cinnamomum camphora oil yield of over 70 percent of the whole country, the yibin crude cinnamomum camphora has high oil yield and good oil quality, and belongs to a non-inspection product in the international market.
The current main methods for extracting the crude camphor oil comprise a CO2 supercritical extraction method, a water vapor steam extraction method, an extraction method and the like.
The extracted crude camphor oil is subjected to reduced pressure distillation to extract target products such as terpineol, eucalyptol and the like, tail oil in the reduced pressure distillation is generally used as waste or used as biomass fuel, and other purposes are not reported yet.
