Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of agricultural application, in particular to a plant protection auxiliary agent containing terpinene-4-ol and a using method thereof.
Background
Artificially synthesized chemical synergists (adjuvants) such as: methylene dioxyphenol compounds (MDP compounds for short) are successfully developed by observing that sesame oil can enhance the effect of pyrethrin, and the MDP compounds not only have obvious enhancing effect on pyrethrin, but also have more or less enhancing effect on other insecticides. MDP compounds are more than 50 kinds of commercialized synergistic ether, synergistic ring, synergistic alum, synergistic ester, synergistic aldehyde, synergistic essence, synergistic allene (sesamin) and the like, and are important synergists of the existing pesticide. However, the artificial synthesis auxiliary agent (synergist) is more or less free from the influence and harm of chemical substances on the human environment and ecology. On the other hand, most of the synergist is oxidase inhibition type compound, the synergistic mechanism is monotonous, the quick-acting performance is poor, and the synergistic control range is small.
Cinnamomum camphora (with the academic name of Camphorum longipaniticulatum (Gamble) N. Chao ex H.W.Li) is evergreen arbor of Lauraceae, with height of 20 m and diameter at breast height of 50 cm; the bark is gray, the branch is cylindrical, hairless, the young branch is fine, the leaves are intergrowth, oval or elliptical, the tip is suddenly short and gradually sharp to long and gradually sharp, the upper surface is dark green, bright, the lower surface is grey green, dark, the two surfaces are hairless, the leaf stalk is flat and back convex, light green, the cone inflorescence axillary, is fine, the branch is fine and weak, each branch is 3-7 flowers of the polypodium, the shaft is hairless, the flower is light yellow, fragrance is provided, the stalk is fine, the flower quilt is cone-shaped, the flower quilt is oval, the filament is white and soft, the filament is glandless, the anther is long round, the ovary is oval, the young fruit is spherical, the flower is in 5-6 months, and the fruit is yielded in 7-9 months.
Yibin is the primary resource of the cinnamomum camphora, and by the end of 2018, 47 ten thousand mu of cinnamomum camphora forest base in the whole market has the crude cinnamomum camphora oil yield of over 70 percent of the whole country, the yibin crude cinnamomum camphora has high oil yield and good oil quality, and belongs to a non-inspection product in the international market.
At present, the main methods for extracting the crude camphor oil comprise a CO2 supercritical extraction method, a water vapor steam extraction method, an extraction method and the like, and target products are extracted from the crude camphor oil through the extraction methods, wherein terpinene-4 alcohol is one of the target products.
The existing terpinen-4 alcohol is generally used as an essential oil component, and other purposes are not reported.

Dropping 1-6 drops on the abdominal back of cabbage caterpillar in 6 culture dishes (one drop is corresponding to each culture dish) by using a micro dropper by adopting a dropping method, wherein the dropping amount is the same every time, and the time of the two adjacent drops is the same until the cabbage caterpillar in each culture dish dies completely.
The dropping amount was accumulated, and the matrine addition rate was calculated using the dropping amount of the dropping agent 6 as the denominator and each point as the numerator, and the results are shown in table 1 below.
The dropping amount is accumulated, the dropping amount of the dropping agent 6 is used as a denominator, the dropping amount of each point subtracted from the dropping amount of the dropping agent 6 is used as a numerator, and the matrine reduction rate is calculated, and the result is shown in the following table 2.
TABLE 2 synergistic Effect of matrine
Example 8
Taking the deltamethrin vinegar, dividing into 6 parts, adding 1-5 parts of an auxiliary agent respectively in 1-5 parts, wherein the addition amount of the auxiliary agent 1-5 is 3 wt% of 1605, diluting by the same times, and preparing into dropping agent 1-6 (the dropping agent 6 does not contain the auxiliary agent).
Taking 6 culture dishes, putting 100 aphids into each culture dish, and putting a proper amount of cabbage. Dropping 1-6 drops on the back of aphids in 6 culture dishes (each culture dish corresponds to one drop) by a micro dropper by adopting a dropping method, wherein the dropping amount is the same each time, and the time of the two adjacent drops is the same until the aphids in each culture dish die completely.
The dropping amount was accumulated, and the addition rate of the bromocyanochrysanthemi acetate was calculated using the dropping amount of the dropping agent 6 as a denominator and each dropping amount as a numerator, and the results are shown in table 1 below.
The dropping amount is accumulated, the dropping amount of the dropping agent 6 is used as a denominator, the dropping amount of each point subtracted from the dropping amount of the dropping agent 6 is used as a numerator, and the reduction rate of the deltamethrin vinegar is calculated, and the result is shown in the following table 3.
TABLE 3 synergistic Effect of Cyanopyrum Bromide Vinegar
As can be seen from tables 1-3, the plant protection auxiliary agent of the invention has synergistic effect on 1605, matrine and bromocyanochrysanthemi vinegar, and when the plant protection auxiliary agent is used together with matrine, the dosage of the matrine can be reduced by half on the same killing effect.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
