Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cinnamomum camphora application, and particularly relates to a pinene-containing plant protection auxiliary agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Cinnamomum camphora (with the academic name of Camphorum longipaniticulatum (Gamble) N. Chao ex H.W.Li) is evergreen arbor of Lauraceae, with height of 20 m and diameter at breast height of 50 cm; the bark is gray, the branch is cylindrical, hairless, the young branch is fine, the leaves are intergrowth, oval or elliptical, the tip is suddenly short and gradually sharp to long and gradually sharp, the upper surface is dark green, bright, the lower surface is grey green, dark, the two surfaces are hairless, the leaf stalk is flat and back convex, light green, the cone inflorescence axillary, is fine, the branch is fine and weak, each branch is 3-7 flowers of the polypodium, the shaft is hairless, the flower is light yellow, fragrance is provided, the stalk is fine, the flower quilt is cone-shaped, the flower quilt is oval, the filament is white and soft, the filament is glandless, the anther is long round, the ovary is oval, the young fruit is spherical, the flower is in 5-6 months, and the fruit is yielded in 7-9 months.
The cinnamomum camphora has the characteristics of rapid growth, strong sprout tillering, more leaf-carrying, less pest and disease, beautiful tree shape, ambitious posture, flexible wood and compact texture, has the service life of thousands of years, and is the preferred tree species for sheet afforestation and four-side greening.
The existing industrialized benefiting mode for cinnamomum camphora is to process the trunk and roots of cinnamomum camphora into cinnamomum camphora oil, and the processing method comprises the following steps:
(1) the stems and roots of camphor trees are selected as raw materials, the stems and roots respectively contain 2-4% of camphor and camphor oil, and the branches and leaves respectively contain 1-3%. The larger the age of the tree, the higher the content. Large pieces with bitter taste contain much camphor, and pungent and astringent taste contain much camphor oil. The collection should be done in autumn, and the leaves have high brain content. Leaves of 16 leaves are left in each plant during leaf picking, and old trees with the period of more than 30 years are suitable. The cut branches and roots should be cut into slices 2.5 cm wide, 1 cm thick and 10 cm long.
(2) The upper distillation steamer can not be made of iron, and is preferably made of copper or stainless steel. The steaming stove is provided with a wooden steaming barrel which is in accordance with the diameter of the pot mouth and is sleeved on the pot. When in processing, the camphor tree leaves or camphor wood slices are put into a steaming barrel. The water in the pan was separated from the raw materials by 10 cm. Immediately closing the pot cover and the charging port after feeding, checking the joint of the distillation pot and the cooler, and starting distillation only if no air leakage exists. During distillation, the water level in the pot should be kept to prevent from being dried or burnt. And returning the water after oil-water separation into the steamer for use.
(3) Cooling and separating the vapor with camphor and camphor oil, introducing the vapor into a multi-ring disc cooler through a gas guide pipe, and condensing the condensed camphor and camphor oil to float on the water surface. The separated water should be transparent, and if the separated water is not transparent, the separated water should be separated again, so that the oil yield is improved. Filtering the floating camphor and camphor oil with gauze to obtain crude camphor, and the rest camphor oil contains most camphor and is called camphor oil.
At present, the processed camphor oil has not been reported to be used for plant protection.
