Background
Cabbage (Brassica oleracea l.): is annual or biennial herbaceous plant of Brassicaceae and Brassica, and biennial herbaceous plant is frosted. Short and strong annual stem pulp, no branching, green or grayish green. The basal leaves are thick, are wrapped into spheres layer by layer, are flat-spherical, and are milky white or light green; the biennial stems are branched and have stems and leaves. The top end of the basal leaf is round, the basal part is suddenly narrowed into a leaf stem with extremely short wide wings, and the edge of the basal leaf is provided with wavy unobvious saw teeth; an upper cauliflower oval or oblong oval, with the base embracing the stems; the uppermost leaf is oblong, about 4.5 cm long, about 1 cm wide, and embraces the stem. Topgenesis and axillary growth of the overall inflorescence; flower light yellow, diameter 2-2.5 cm; the pedicel is 7-15 mm long; the sepal is upright and linear and oblong; the petals are wide in ellipse, reverse in oval shape or nearly circular, the top ends are slightly short, the base parts are narrowed to form claws, and the lengths of the claws are 5-7 mm. The silique is cylindrical, two sides are slightly flattened, the midvein is prominent, and the beak is conical; the fruit stalks are thick and are developed vertically. Seed spheres, brown. Flowering period is 4 months, and fruit period is 5 months.
In the cabbage cultivation process, the plutella xylostella is a major pest of vegetables worldwide, and is mainly harmful to cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, chinese cabbage, green vegetables, rape and radishes. The generation of algebra is more in the year, the hazard time is long, all the insect states of the plutella xylostella can be seen in Hua Ning county all the year round, no obvious overwintering and over-summer phenomenon exists, the low-age larvae before 2 years are drilled into mesophyll for feeding, and only the epidermis of leaves is left after feeding, so that transparent spots are formed, and the process is called as skylight opening. The 3-4-year-old larvae form scarves or holes after damaging the leaves, and form a net when serious, so that the quality of vegetables is seriously affected. The vegetable farmers are quite difficult to control, the cost is increased in control, and the quality of vegetable products is also influenced.
Cinnamomum camphora (academic name: cinnamomum longipaniculatum (Gamble) N.Chaoex H.W.Li) is a evergreen arbor of Cinnamomum genus of Lauraceae family, up to 20 m, 50 cm chest diameter; the tree bark is gray, the branches are cylindrical, no hair, the young branches are slender, the leaves are mutually grown, the oval or elliptic shape is formed, the front ends are suddenly and rapidly tapered to be long and tapered, the upper part is dark green and bright, the lower part is gray green and dark, the two sides are not hair, the leaf stalk abdomen is flat and back convex, the light green, the conical inflorescence axillary grows, the slender branches are thin and weak, each branch is 3-7 flowers of the polyparatus, the sequence shaft is not hair, the flowers are light yellow, the fragrance is provided, the flower stalks are slender, the flower quilt cylinder is in an inverted cone shape, the flower quilt is split oval, the flower silk is white and soft, the flower silk is not glandular, the anther is oblong, the ovary egg bead shape is formed, the young fruit is spherical, 5-6 months of flowering, and 7-9 months of results are achieved.
The Yibin is the original resource land of the Cinnamomum camphora, the Lin Jide mu of Cinnamomum camphora in the whole market is cut off at the end of 2018, the yield of crude Cinnamomum camphora accounts for over 70% of the whole country, the oil yield of the Yibin crude Cinnamomum camphora is high, the oil quality is good, and the Cinnamomum camphora belongs to a non-inspection product in the international market.
At present, the main methods for extracting the crude camphor oil comprise a CO2 supercritical extraction method, a steam stripping method, an extraction method and the like, and target products are extracted from the crude camphor oil by the extraction methods, wherein terpinen-4 alcohol is one of the target products.
The prior terpinen-4 alcohol is generally used as an essential oil component, and other applications have not been reported yet.
