Abstract

본 발명은 스프봉지일체형 덮개를 구비한 컵라면에 관한 것으로서 일체형 보온덮개에 의하여 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 함으로써 스프봉지와 보온덮개를 따로 처리하기 어려운 문제점을 해소하도록 함으로써 기존의 스프봉지와 보온덮개를 따로 처리하기 어려운 문제점을 해소 하도록 한 것이다.
즉 본 발명은, 컵라면에 있어서 내용물을 담고 온도를 최대한 유지할 수 있게 열 전도율이 낮은 절연체로 구성한 보온용기, 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 스프 보관 공간을 덮개 하부에 내장하여 구성한 일체형 보온덮개로 구성한 것이다.
따라서, 본 발명은 일체형 보온덮개에 의하여 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 함으로써 스프봉지와 보온덮개를 따로 처리하기 어려운 문제점을 해소하도록 함으로써 기존의 스프봉지와 보온덮개를 따로 처리하기 어려운 문제점을 해소하도록 한 효과를 갖는 것이다.

Description

스프봉지일체형 덮개를 구비한 컵라면{Cup noodles with all-in-one soup bags}
본 발명은 스프봉지일체형 덮개를 구비한 컵라면에 관한 것으로서,
더욱 상세하게는 컵라면에 있어서,
내용물을 담고 온도를 최대한 유지할 수 있게 열 전도율이 낮은 절연체로 구성한 보온용기, 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 스프 보관 공간을 덮개 하부에 내장하여 구성한 일체형 보온덮개로 구성 하여서,
일체형 보온덮개에 의하여 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 함으로써 스프봉지와 보온덮개를 따로 처리하기 어려운 문제점을 해소하도록 함을 목적으로 한 것이다.
일반적으로 컵라면은 끓은 물만을 가지고 라면을 조리하는 것이다.
상기한 바와 같이 컵라면은 보온용기, 보온덮개, 스프봉지로 구성된 것이다.
이상과 같은 컵라면은 보온용기를 통하여 내용물을 담고 온도를 최대한 유지하고, 보온덮개를 통하여 보온용기의 상부를 차폐하여 보온하고, 스프봉지를 통하여 스프를 보관하고 개봉을 용이함으로써 끓은 물만을 가지고 라면을 조리하는 것이다.
그러나 상기한 바와 같은 종래의 컵라면은 스프봉지와 보온덮개를 따로 처리하기 어려운 문제점이 있었다.

이에 본 발명은 종래의 컵라면이 스프봉지와 보온덮개를 따로 처리하기 어려운 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것이다.
즉, 본 발명은 내용물을 담고 온도를 최대한 유지할 수 있게 열 전도율이 낮은 절연체로 구성한 보온용기, 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 스프 보관 공간을 덮개 하부에 내장하여 구성한 일체형 보온덮개로 구성한 것이다.
따라서 본 발명은 내용물을 담고 온도를 최대한 유지할 수 있게 열 전도율이 낮은 절연체로 구성한 보온용기, 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 스프 보관 공간을 덮개 하부에 내장하여 구성한 일체형 보온덮개로 구성 함으로써, 일체형 보온덮개에 의하여 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 함으로써 스프봉지와 보온덮개를 따로 처리하기 어려운 문제점을 해소하도록 한 효과를 갖는 것이다.

즉, 본 발명은 내용물을 담고 온도를 최대한 유지할 수 있게 열 전도율이 낮은 절연체로 구성한 (1)보온용기, 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 스프 보관 공간을 덮개 하부에 내장하여 구성한 (2)일체형 보온덮개로 구성 된 것이다.
여기서, (2)일체형 보온덮개는 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 스프 보관 공간을 덮개 하부에 내장하여 구성한 것이다.
이하, 본 발명의 사용과정에 대하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
상기한 바와 같이 본 발명은 컵라면에 있어서 내용물을 담고 온도를 최대한 유지할 수 있게 열 전도율이 낮은 절연체로 구성한 (1)보온용기, 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 스프 보관 공간을 덮개 하부에 내장하여 구성한 (2)일체형 보온덮개로 구성된 본 발명을 적용하여 실시하게 되면, 스프봉지와 보온덮개를 따로 처리하기 어려운 문제점을 해소하도록 한 것이다.
또한 본 발명의 실시에 있어, 스프 보관 공간을 덮개 하부에 내장하여 구성한 (2)일체형 보온덮개로 구성한 본 발명을 적용하여 실시하게 되면, 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 될 것이다.

  1. 컵라면에 있어서,
    내용물을 담고 온도를 최대한 유지할 수 있게 열 전도율이 낮은 절연체로 구성한 (1)보온용기, 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 스프 보관 공간을 덮개 하부에 내장하여 구성한 (2)일체형 보온덮개로 구성 된 것을 특징으로 하는 스프봉지일체형 덮개를 구비한 컵라면.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    (2)일체형 보온덮개를 통하여 뚜껑에서 바로 스프를 뿌릴 수 있게 스프 보관 공간을 덮개 하부에 내장하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 스프봉지일체형 덮개를 구비한 컵라면.
