Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a livestock feed additive, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a livestock feed additive using a by-product of fermented Schizandra sugar.
BACKGROUND ART In breeding livestock such as chickens, pigs, cows, and the like, various formulated feeds containing appropriate nutritional components are used in order to maintain the health of livestock and sufficiently demonstrate the production capacity of the livestock. Conventionally, in order to improve the quality of livestock products such as meat, hair, milk, eggs, etc. provided by livestock, or to improve the health of livestock, additives such as enzymes, yeasts, probiotics, and various drugs such as antibiotics are added to compound feed. It was added and fed to livestock. However, since most of these materials are expensive materials, when they are added to livestock feed, the cost of the feed increases, and their utilization as a feed additive is not high.
In addition, the rapid increase in antibiotic-resistant bacteria due to the misuse and abuse of antibiotics in the livestock industry is causing serious problems to humans and livestock. Accordingly, in Korea, from July 1, 2011, the addition of antibiotics in compound feed is completely banned, and strong regulations continue. However, when antibiotics are not used, they are exposed to diseases as they are, and side effects such as rapid mortality or poor performance may occur, and the development of antibiotic substitutes is urgently required.
On the other hand, Schisandra chinensis is a circular shape with a diameter of about 1 cm, a dark red fruit, and contains 1 to 2 red juice and reddish brown seeds. Schisandra chinensis is named because you can feel the five tastes of sweet, sour, bitter, salty, and spicy. The main pharmacological ingredients are Gomisin-A, Schizandrin-A, and Schizandrin, which improve bronchi, improve liver function, and protect liver cells. It is known to have effects such as preventing brain diseases, strengthening kidney function, improving skin, restoring energy, anti-cancer activity, preventing osteoporosis, and preventing central nervous system diseases.
Schisandra chinensis is a medicinal or agricultural product that only squeezes the juice of the fruit and discards it, and is an agricultural product with very low economic feasibility compared to the cost invested in cultivation. Recently, farms are using Schisandra chinensis in a way of extracting Schizandra chinensis and applying it to various purposes. For example, after mixing Schisandra chinensis and white sugar, they are fermented to extract Schisandra sugar fermented liquid.
Fruits and ingredients remaining after extracting the fermentation broth from Schisandra chinensis, that is, the residue left after processing Schisandra chinensis, are called Schisandra chinensis gourd, and Schisandra chinensis gourd is generally discarded. However, Schisandra gourd emits a disgusting smell due to the remaining sugar and its fermentation when exposed to room temperature, and pests such as flies and flying flies are infested, which is very difficult to treat.
In addition, there is a plan to use Omija gourd as manure or compost after fermentation, but in order to use it as manure, the ingredients of the mixed seeds are strong and there is a risk of damage to crops. there is
The present invention has been proposed to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for efficiently using by-products left after extraction of Schizandra sugar fermentation broth.

1 is a flow chart showing a livestock feed additive manufacturing process using Schizandra gourd according to this embodiment.
Referring to FIG. 1, the process of manufacturing a livestock feed additive using Schisandra gourd is a step of washing Schisandra gourd (S11), sterilizing the washed Schisandra gourd (S12), and calling the sterilized Schisandra gourd. (S13), purifying Schisandra gourd (S14), aging Schisandra gourd (S15), mixing Schisandra chinensis stock with Schisandra chinensis (S16), drying Schisandra gourd (S17), Grinding (S18) and sterilizing and packaging the crushed Schisandra chinensis powder (S19).
In general, Schisandra chinensis fermented liquid is prepared by mixing Schizandra fruit and white sugar in a container at a ratio of about 1:1, and fermenting the mixture at room temperature of 20 to 25 ° C. for more than 3 months to prepare a fermented product of Schizandra sugar, and then the fermented product sieve to extract. At this time, the fruits and ingredients remaining after extracting the fermentation broth of Schisandra chinensis, that is, the residue left after processing Schisandra chinensis, are called 'Schisandra gourd'. Take a look.
Example]
1. 세척1. washing
First, after extracting the fermentation broth of Schisandra chinensis, the remaining by-product, Schizandra gourd, is collected and washed (S11). Through this washing process, foreign substances mixed in the Schizandra gourd and sugar attached to the surface of the Omija gourd are removed. Washing can be carried out by repeating the process of immersing the omija gourd in clean water several times or soaking it in flowing clean water for a predetermined time.
2. 살균2. Sterilization
Subsequently, the omija gourd, which has been washed first, is sterilized (S12). Even if sugar is removed by first washing Schizandra gourd, some of the sugar remains. Schisandra gourd can continue to ferment due to the remaining sugar, and due to this fermentation, the deterioration of Schisandra gourd and bacteria such as food poisoning bacteria can be propagated. . Therefore, in the sterilization step, bacteria that may be generated by remaining sugar are completely sterilized. In the sterilization process for this purpose, the omija gourd, which has been washed first, is sterilized by putting it in a sterilization furnace having a temperature of at least 80 ° C. for at least 20 minutes, and preferably, sterilization treatment is performed in a sterilization furnace at 85 ° C. for 30 minutes. If sterilization is carried out at high temperature and for a long time, the sterilization power is improved, but the effect gradually becomes insignificant, which can be disadvantageous in terms of time and cost. can
3. 불림3. Soaking
Sterilized omija gourd undergoes a process called to smooth the surface (S13). In particular, the surface of the fruit can be softened through this so-called process. In addition, through a process called Schizandra gourd, the efficiency of purification is improved by allowing steam to easily penetrate into the fruit in the subsequent purification operation. The soaking process for this is carried out for at least 7 hours at a water temperature of at least 30 ℃ or more, preferably 8 hours at a water temperature of 35 ℃. When soaking under high temperature and long time conditions, the soaking efficiency can be improved, but it is disadvantageous in terms of time and cost.
4. 정제4. Refining
The process of refining the soaked Schisandra chinensis proceeds (S14). Omija gourd exhibits a unique strong sour taste, and in particular, most livestock refuse to eat it when provided as it is to livestock due to the strong spicy and bitter taste appearing from the seeds. Therefore, in the refining process, the spicy and bitter taste inherent in Schizandra gourd is alleviated so that livestock can easily eat it. To this end, the soaked omija gourd is further refined in steam at 40 ° C. or higher for at least 4 hours or more, preferably in steam at 45 ° C. for 5 hours. When purified under high temperature and long time conditions, purification efficiency can be improved, but the improvement effect is insignificant, while it is disadvantageous in terms of time and cost. may not be
5. 숙성5. Aging
The process of ripening the purified Schizandra gourd proceeds (S15). Even if Schizandra gourd goes through the refining process, the seeds may have a strong scent and a spicy and bitter taste. During the ripening process, the spicy and bitter taste remaining in the seeds is completely removed. The aging process can be carried out by leaving the purified Schizandra gourd in a aging furnace at 40 ° C or higher for 24 hours or more, and preferably, it is carried out by leaving it in a aging furnace at 45 ° C for 24 hours. At this time, the aging furnace maintains a humidity of 60% to 70% so that the ripening of the omija gourd can be efficiently performed, and preferably maintains a humidity of 65%.
6. 혼합6. Mix
Mix the stock solution of Schisandra chinensis with Schisandra chinensis that has undergone a purification and aging process (S16). Omija gourd, which has gone through both refining and aging processes, loses its unique ingredients as well. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the components of Schisandra chinensis by mixing the undiluted solution of Schisandra chinensis with Schisandra chinensis. At this time, the stock solution of Schisandra chinensis is mixed with pure stock solution that does not contain sugar. In the mixing process, 80 to 90% by weight of Schisandra chinensis gourd and 10 to 20% by weight of Schizandra undiluted solution are mixed, and preferably, 85% by weight of Schisandra chinensis gourd and 15% by weight of Schizandra undiluted solution are mixed. When the stock solution of Schisandra chinensis is mixed at less than 10% by weight, the effect of the ingredients of Schisandra chinensis may be insignificant, and when it exceeds 20% by weight, the bitter taste becomes stronger and the livestock may refuse to eat it.
7. 건조7. Dry
Omija gourd mixed with Schizandra undiluted solution is dried to facilitate pulverization (S17). For drying, put Schisandra chinensis gourd in a drying furnace maintaining a temperature of 60 ° C and proceed for more than 24 hours.
8. Crushing
Dried Schisandra gourd is easy to mix with livestock feed, and is crushed so that livestock does not feel repulsive when ingested (S18). At this time, the size of the omija gourd is preferably pulverized to a size of 30 to 250 mesh.
9. Sterilization and Packaging
Schisandra chinensis powder, which has been milled, can be infected with bacteria during the manufacturing process. In order to sterilize the bacteria infected during the manufacturing process, the Omija powder is finally sterilized. For sterilization, put Schisandra chinensis powder in a sterilization furnace at 85 ° C, and proceed with the treatment for 30 minutes or more.
(S19).And the sterilized Omija powder is sealed and packaged in predetermined units (S19).
When a certain amount of Schisandra chinensis powder prepared above is added to livestock feed and fed to pigs, chickens, cows, etc., the pharmacological components of Schisandra chinensis can be efficiently delivered to livestock. In particular, Schisandra chinensis contains many types of lignan components compared to other medicinal materials, as lignan components among pharmacological components play an important role in the human body. Among them, the lignan components that have the most effect on the human body are Gomisin-A, Schizandrin-A, and Schizandrin. It was confirmed that it was transmitted to blood and meat.
Hereinafter, after feeding the Schisandra chinensis powder of this embodiment to pigs and chickens, the analysis results for the pharmacological components of Schisandra chinensis will be examined in detail through experiments.

It can be seen that Schisandra chinensis components are absorbed and delivered to the pig's body through the prepared pig feed.
In addition, Schisandra components contained in blood, meat and eggs were analyzed for chickens reared under the above conditions, and the results are shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, and summarized again in Table 2.
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 and Table 2, it can be confirmed that a small amount of Schizandra chinensis components are present in chicken blood, and a large amount of Schisandra chinensis components can be confirmed through meat and eggs. Through the prepared chicken feed, it can be seen that Schizandra chinensis components are absorbed into the body of chickens and are also transmitted through eggs.
In addition, although it was not shown in the experiment, in the process of breeding pigs and chickens with the addition of Schisandra chinensis powder of this example, the smell (odor) caused by the secretions of pigs and chickens was found inside the pigs and cages of pigs and chickens fed with Schisandra chinensis powder. Significantly decreased, it was confirmed that pests such as flies and fruit flies also greatly decreased. This is because the manure of pigs and chickens contains pharmacological components of Schisandra chinensis, which can be seen as reducing odor and pests.
