Abstract
The invention discloses a nutritional paste for helping pet cats to improve tear stains, which comprises, by mass, 98-99 parts of fresh meat, 0.2-0.5 part of bile acid and 0.5-0.8 part of betaine. Firstly, 98-99 parts of fresh meat is taken and crushed to obtain meat paste; cleaning and drying beetroot, crushing and sieving; extracting with ethanol solution as solvent at 45-55 deg.C under ultrasound, vacuum filtering, and concentrating the filtrate at 40-50 deg.C under reduced pressure; repeatedly extracting with chloroform solution to obtain natural betaine extract; adding bile acid and natural betaine extract into meat paste, stirring, and vacuum processing to obtain mixture; packaging the obtained mixture by rolling film, sterilizing at high temperature for 30-60min, and rapidly cooling to obtain the corresponding product. The nutritional paste prepared by the invention can help pet cats reduce or even eliminate tear stains from multiple aspects.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pet food preparations, and particularly belongs to a nutritional paste for helping pet cats to improve tear stains.
Background
In pet food, the nutritional paste is mostly used for providing energy for the recovery of pets in the disease process and after operation and providing nutritional supplement for picky pets, lean pets and young pets. Further, the beetroot is cleaned, dried and crushed and then is sieved by a 100-mesh sieve, and the ethanol solution is 40-50% of ethanol water solution by volume percentage; in the extraction process, the ratio of material to liquid is 1: 40-50.
In one embodiment of the invention, the bile acid is purchased from west ann university harvest biotechnology limited.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the fresh meat can ensure the balanced nutrition in the nutrient paste and improve the palatability of the product; the bile acid protects liver, and eliminates tear stains caused by porphyrin metabolism disorder. The bile acid can promote the liver to secrete thin bile and help the liver to discharge porphyrin metabolite bilirubin out of the body, thereby fundamentally solving the problems of reddening of favorite tear stains, jaundice and the like; the betaine has good antioxidant stress capability, and can relieve hyperhigh active oxygen condition caused by improper diet in animal body, and reduce generation of tear stain. The invention relates to a nutrient paste for controlling weight of cats, which comprises the raw materials of 98-99 parts of fresh meat, 0.2-0.5 part of bile acid and 0.5-0.8 part of betaine extract according to the parts by mass; the fresh meat mainly serves as a carrier, and aims to provide nutrition balance and improve palatability for the nutritional paste.
The specific functions of the different active ingredients in the product are as follows:
discharging bilirubin: bile acid protects liver, eliminates tear stains caused by porphyrin metabolism disorder; the bile acid can promote the liver to secrete thin bile, help the liver to discharge porphyrin metabolite bilirubin out of the body, and fundamentally solve the problems of reddening of favorite tear stains, jaundice and the like.
Relieving the oxidative stress of the organism: the betaine has good antioxidant stress capability, and can relieve hyperhigh active oxygen condition caused by improper diet in animal body, and reduce generation of tear stain.

Example 1
(1) Preparing bile acid and betaine according to an extraction process, and mixing the raw materials according to a mass ratio, wherein the raw materials comprise 99 parts of chicken, 0.5 part of bile acid and 0.5 part of betaine according to the mass parts;
(2) taking fresh meat, crushing by using a meat grinder to obtain meat paste, sequentially adding bile acid and betaine into the mixed meat paste, and stirring for 30 minutes to obtain a mixture A;
(3) treating the obtained mixture A in a vacuum-pumping machine for 10 minutes, and pumping out air in the mixture A to obtain a mixture B;
(4) conveying the mixture B obtained in the step (3) to a packaging machine, and packaging by adopting a roll film;
(5) after the materials in the step (4) are packaged, conveying the materials into a high-temperature sterilizer for sterilization treatment at 121 ℃ for 1 hour;
(6) and cooling the sterilized product to obtain the corresponding product.

The nutritional paste for helping pet cats to improve tear stains as claimed in claim 1, wherein the betaine is natural betaine extract, and the preparation method of the natural betaine extract comprises: cleaning and drying beetroot, crushing and sieving; performing ultrasonic extraction at 45-55 deg.C with ethanol water solution as solvent, vacuum filtering, and concentrating the filtrate at 40-45 deg.C under reduced pressure; repeatedly extracting with chloroform solution, recovering filtrate, and evaporating filtrate for crystallization to obtain natural betaine extract.

The nutritional paste for helping pet cats to improve tear stains according to claim 3, wherein the beetroot is cleaned, dried, crushed and then screened through a 100-mesh sieve, and the ethanol solution is 40-50% by volume of ethanol water; in the extraction process, the ratio of material to liquid is 1: 40-50.

(3) sequentially adding 0.2-0.5 part of bile acid and 0.5-0.8 part of natural betaine extract into the meat paste, stirring, and vacuum treating to obtain a mixture;
(4) and (4) packaging the mixture obtained in the step (3) in a rolling film mode, carrying out high-temperature sterilization treatment for 30-60min, and then rapidly cooling to obtain a corresponding product.
