Claims (12)
- 트랙션 배터리(12), 인버터(14, 14') 및 전기 기계(16, 16')를 구동 부품으로서 구비한 전기 자동차(100)용 구동 시스템(10)이며,
상기 트랙션 배터리(12, 12')는 인버터(14, 14')를 통해 전기 기계(16, 16')에 전기적으로 연결되고, 이때 트랙션 배터리(12)는 인버터(14, 14')와 그리고 상기 인버터(14, 14')는 전기 기계(16, 16')와 각각 고전압 연결 요소(22, 22'; 24, 24')에 의해 전기적으로 연결되는, 전기 자동차용 구동 시스템에 있어서,
상기 구동 시스템(10)은 냉각 매체(28)에 의해 구동 부품을 냉각하기 위한 냉각 회로(26)를 가지며, 상기 구동 부품 및 고전압 연결 요소(22, 22'; 24, 24')는 각각 냉각 매체를 이송하도록 구성되고 냉각 회로(26)의 일부(30)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10). - 제1항에 있어서, 고전압 연결 요소(22, 22'; 24, 24')는 각각 고전압 라인, 플러그 커넥터, 버스바 또는 나사로서 형성되고, 그리고/또는 고전압 연결 요소(22, 22'; 24, 24')가 개별 고전압 연결 요소(22, 22'; 24, 24')의 외부를 둘러싸는 외장을 각각 구비하며, 상기 외장과 고전압 연결 요소(22, 22'; 24, 24') 사이의 공간에 냉각 매체(28)가 이송되는 채널 섹션(K)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구동 부품 및 고전압 연결 요소(22, 22'; 24, 24')는, 상기 구동 부품과 고전압 연결 요소(22, 22'; 24, 24')를 서로 연결하기 위한 연결 인터페이스(32, 34)를 각각 가지며, 상기 연결 인터페이스(32, 34)는 각각 하나의 전기 연결부(50, 50') 및 유체 연결부(52, 52')를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 부품 및 고전압 연결 요소(22, 22'; 24, 24')의 일부, 또는 상기 구동 부품 및 고전압 연결 요소(22, 22'; 24, 24') 전부가, 이들이 냉각 매체(28)에 의해 직접 냉각을 통해 냉각될 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각 회로(26) 내에서 트랙션 배터리(12)의 상류에 냉각 매체(28)의 온도 조절을 위한 열교환기(36)가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구동 시스템(10)은 추가 구동 부품으로서 전기 기계(16, 16')에 연결된 적어도 하나의 기어 기구(40, 40')를 가지고, 상기 기어 기구(40, 40')는 기어 기구 열교환기(42, 42')를 가지며, 상기 기어 기구 열교환기(42, 42')는 냉각 회로(26)에 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10).
- 제6항에 있어서, 구동 시스템(10)은 적어도 2개의 인버터(14, 14'), 적어도 2개의 전기 기계(16, 16') 그리고 기어 기구 열교환기(42, 42')를 갖는 적어도 2개의 기어 기구(40, 40')를 가지며; 각각 하나의 인버터(14, 14'), 하나의 전기 기계(16, 16'), 그리고 기어 기구 열교환기(42, 42')를 갖는 하나의 기어 기구(40, 40')가 결합하여 구동 모듈(70, 70')을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각 회로(26) 내에서 트랙션 배터리(12)의 상류에 냉각 매체(28)를 이송하기 위한 펌프(44)가 연결되고, 그리고/또는 냉각 회로(26) 내에서 전기 기계(16, 16')의 상류에 냉각 매체(28)를 이송하기 위한 펌프(46)가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 냉각 회로(26)가 구동 시스템(10)의 단일 냉각 회로이고, 그리고/또는 상기 냉각 회로(26)가 단일 냉각 매체(28)만을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10).
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 구동 부품 중 하나, 다수 또는 전부가 각각 제어 가능한 스위칭 밸브에 의해 냉각 회로(26)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10).
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 열교환 장치가 제공되며, 각각 상기 열교환 장치의 제1 측이 냉각 회로(26)에 통합되고, 상기 열교환 장치의 제2 측이 열 에너지를 방출하기 위한 열방출 연결부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 구동 시스템(10).
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 구동 시스템(10)을 갖는 전기 자동차(100).
