Description
도 1b는 일 양상에 따른 하이드로겔의 제조방법을 도식화한 것이다.
도 1c는 일 양상에 따른 하이드로겔을 척수 손상을 유도한 랫트에 주사한 후 근적외선을 조사하는 과정을 도식화한 것이다.
도 1c는 일 양상에 따른 하이드로겔의 근적외선 조사에 의한 광열 치료 효과를 도식화한 것이다.
도 2는 일 양상에 따른 하이드로겔을 SEM으로 확인한 사진이다.

Claims (14)
- 글리콜 키토산(glycol chitosan) 및 산화 히알루로네이트(oxidized hualuroninate)를 포함하고, 상기 글리콜 키토산 및 산화 히알루로네이트는 1 내지 10:1의 중량비로 혼합된 것인 하이드로겔.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 중량비는 3 내지 10: 1인 것인 하이드로겔.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 금속 나노입자; 또는 금속 나노입자 및 상기 금속나노입자의 표면에 결합된 생리활성 물질을 더 포함하는 것인 하이드로겔.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 글리콜 키토산을 포함하는 용액 및 산화 상기 히알루로니네이트를 포함하는 용액은 1:10 내지 10:1의 부피비로 혼합된 것인 하이드로겔.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 하이드로겔은 300 내지 800 Pa의 저장 모듈러스(G') 또는 10 내지 40 Pa의 손실 모듈러스(G")를 갖는 것인 하이드로겔.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 글리콜 키토산 및 산화 히알루로네이트는 이민 결합을 형성하는 것인 하이드로겔.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 하이드로겔은 손상된 조직 부위에 직접 주사 가능한 것인 하이드로겔.
- 글리콜 키토산(glycol chitosan) 및 산화 히알루로네이트(oxidized hualuroninate)를 포함하고, 상기 글리콜 키토산 및 산화 히알루로네이트는 1 내지 10:1의 중량비로 혼합된 것인 하이드로겔; 및
생리활성 물질을 포함하는 손상된 조직 부위에 약물 전달을 위한 약물 전달체. - 청구항 8에 있어서, 금속 나노입자를 더 포함하고, 상기 생리활성 물질은 금속 나노입자의 표면에 결합된 것인 약물 전달체.
- 청구항 1의 하이드로겔; 및 척수손상 치료제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 척수 손상의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 척수 손상은 외상성 척수 손상, 척추 퇴행성 질환, 척추 염증성 질환, 척수 종양, 척추 종양, 척수 출혈, 뇌졸중, 골수 외 혈관 장애에 의한 척수 마비, 척수염, 다발성 경화증, 근위축성 측색경화증으로부터 선택된 것인 척수 손상의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 광열 치료를 위한 것인 척수 손상의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 금속 나노입자를 더 포함하고, 상기 척수손상 치료제는 금속 나노입자의 표면에 결합된 것인 척수 손상의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 금속 나노입자는 금 나노입자이고, 상기 척수 손상 치료제는 우르소데옥시콜산인 것인 척수 손상의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
