Abstract

트레일러 바퀴에 부하가 걸리면 현가장치의 변위가 생긴다.
2개의 센서로 2개의 바퀴에 대해 부하를 측정한다.
무선 또는 유선으로 측정된 값을 전송한다.
운전자 옆에 표시장치와 알람 장치를 설치한다.
두개의 바퀴의 부하 비율이 설정 값을 초과하면 알람을 울린다.

트레일러 운전 보조 방법 및 장치{Trailer driving assistance method and device}
견인 방식의 트레일러 운전 보조
견인 방식의 트레일러는 차체의 상태를 운전자가 인지할 수 없는 조건에 있다. 따라서 많은 경험에 의해 숙달된 운전이 가능하다.
소형 트레일러의 경우 운전 기회가 많지 않고 무리한 운행의 경우 전도와 같은 최악의 상황이 가능하다.
전도의 경우 적어도 양쪽 바퀴 중 하나의 부하가 0이다.
양쪽 바퀴의 부하를 측정하고 운전자에게 그 정보를 제공하고 위험 조건에 이르면 알람을 울린다.
견인 방식의 트레일러는 차체의 상태를 운전자가 인지할 수 없는 조건에 있다. 특히 전도의 위험을 감지할 수 없다.
양쪽 바퀴의 부하를 측정하고 운전자에게 그 정보를 제공하고 위험 조건에 이르면 알람을 울린다.
항상 위험 단계를 인지할 수 있어 경험이 부족해도 너무 조심스럽게 운전하지 않아도 되므로 안전하게 최상의 운전이 가능하다.

견인차(1)는 트레일러(2)를 연결하여 주행한다.

견인차(1)의 운전자(3)는 견인차(1)와 일체가 아닌 트레일러(2)의 주행 상태를 인지하기 어렵다.
운전자(3) 옆에 표시 및 알람 장치(4)를 두고 바퀴(5)에 인가되는 부하를 바퀴 부하 측정 센서(6)로 측정하여 센서 제어장치(7)를 통해 표시 및 알람 장치(4)에 표시하고 위험 단계에서 알람을 울리면 운전자(3)가 적절한 조치를 취하여 위험에서 벗어난다.

Claims (1)

  1. 견인 방식의 트레일러 운전 보조에 있어서:
    운전자 옆에 표시장치와 알람 장치를 설치하고;
    트레일러 바퀴에 부하가 걸리면 생기는 현가장치의 변위를 2개의 센서로 2개의 바퀴에 대해 부하를 측정하고;
    무선 또는 유선으로 측정된 값을 표기장치로 전송하고;
    두개의 바퀴의 부하 비율이 설정 값을 초과하면 알람을 울리는 것을 특징으로 하는 트레일러 운전 보조 방법 및 장치.
