Abstract
Description
도 2는 장수풍뎅이, 집파리, 꽃무지, 갈색거저리, 등애등애, 누에, 메뚜기 및 귀뚜라미의 효소 가수분해물 처리에 따른 멜라노마 세포(melanoma cell) 내 멜라닌 생성량을 현미경으로 관찰한 사진이다.
도 3은 농도별 알부틴 처리에 따른 멜라노마 세포(melanoma cell) 내 멜라닌 생성량 변화를 나타낸 결과이다.
도 4는 집파리(AC), 꽃무지(PNP), 꽃무지(Trypsin), 갈색거저리(Trypsin) 및 누에(Trypsin) 5종의 곤충 효소 가수분해물을 농도별로 처리하여 멜라노마 세포(melanoma cell) 내 멜라닌 생성량 변화를 나타낸 결과이다.
도 5는 꽃무지(PNP) 효소 가수 분해물을 분자량별로 처리하여 멜라노마 세포(melanoma cell) 내 멜라닌 생성량 변화를 확인한 결과이다.
도 6은 꽃무지(PNP) 효소 가수 분해물을 농도별, 분자량별로 처리하여 멜라노마 세포(melanoma cell) 내 멜라닌 생성량 변화를 현미경으로 관찰한 사진이다.

Claims (4)
- 흰점박이꽃무지 유충의 효소 가수 분해물을 유효성분으로 포함하고, 상기 효소는 Pepsin(PS), trypsin(TS), Protease NP(PNP) 및 protease(AK)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것인 피부 미백용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 멜라노마 세포 내 멜라닌 색소의 생성을 저해하는 것인, 피부 미백용 조성물. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 조성물을 포함하는 피부 미백용 화장료 조성물.
- 흰점박이꽃무지 유충을 동결건조시킨 후 분쇄하여 분말을 제조하는 단계;
상기 분말을 증류수에 용해시킨 후 배양하는 단계;
배양된 분말에 Pepsin(PS), trypsin(TS), Protease NP(PNP) 및 protease(AK)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 효소를 처리하여 가수분해하는 단계; 및
상기 효소 가수분해물을 원심분리 후, 상청액을 여과한 뒤, 동결건조하여 최종 시료를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 피부 미백용 조성물 제조방법.
