실시예 1. 흰점박이꽃무지 사육을 위한 젤리형 인공사료 제조Example 1. Preparation of jelly-type artificial feed for breeding white-spotted flower radish

흰점박이꽃무지 사육을 위하여, 카세인 및 수크로스의 비율을 달리한 젤리형 인공사료를 제조하였다. 젤리형 인공사료의 배합 비율은 표 1에 나타내었다.For the breeding of white spot flower radish, a jelly-type artificial feed with different ratios of casein and sucrose was prepared. The mixing ratio of the jelly-type artificial feed is shown in Table 1.

구체적으로, 아가 및 증류수를 혼합한 후, 혼합물을 80℃까지 가열하였다. 그 후 상기 혼합물에 표 1의 배합비율에 따라 카세인, 수크로스, 소르빈산 및 메틸-p-하이드록시벤조산(Methyl-p-hyroxybenzoate)을 배합하여, 젤리형 인공사료를 제조하였다. 제조된 젤리형 인공사료는 5℃에서 저장하였다.Specifically, after mixing agar and distilled water, the mixture was heated to 80°C. 실시예 2. 젤리형 인공사료를 이용한 흰점박이꽃무지 사육Example 2. Breeding of white-spotted flower radish using artificial jelly-type feed

흰점박이꽃무지 성충 암컷 및 수컷을 같은 비율로 준비하였다. 흰점박이꽃무지 성충은 케이지(Neobox 30, 207 x 140 x 124 cm)에서 사육하였으며, 케이지 내 온도는 25℃로 유지하였다. 또한 흰점박이꽃무지 성충에게 카세인 함량이 상이한 젤리형 인공사료(실시예 1)를 각각 제공하였으며, 2 내지 3일마다 교체하였다.Adult female and male white-spotted beetles were prepared in equal proportions. 상기 실시예 1에서 제조된 젤리형 인공사료를 식이한 흰점박이꽃무지 성충의 산란수를 비교하였다. 구체적으로, 상기 실시예 2에서 사육된 흰점박이꽃무지 성충의 산란수를 매주 측정하였으며, 그 결과는 도 1에 나타내었다.The egg-laying numbers of the white-spotted flower larvae fed the jelly-type artificial feed prepared in Example 1 were compared. 상기 실시예 1에서 제조된 젤리형 인공사료를 식이한 흰점박이꽃무지 성충의 산란기간을 비교하였다. 구체적으로, 상기 실시예 2에서 사육된 흰점박이꽃무지 성충의 산란기간은 일주일 간격으로, 성충이 폐사할 때까지 산란수를 계수함으로써 확인하였다. 흰점박이꽃무지 성충의 산란기간을 확인한 결과는 도 2 및 3에 나타내었다.The egg-laying period of the white-spotted flower larvae fed the jelly-type artificial feed prepared in Example 1 was compared.
