Claims (16)
- 저 추출물 함량을 갖는 폴리아미드 6의 제조방법으로서, 상기 제조방법은,
(a) 비-추출 폴리아미드 6의 용융물을 제공하는 단계;
(b) 상기 용융물을 진공 발생 장치(vacuum generation device)와 연결되는 탈기 장치(degasification device)에 공급하는 단계;
(c) 진공 중에서 상기 용융물로부터 ε-카프로락탐 및 올리고머를 추출하는 단계;
(d) 상기 탈기 장치로부터 추출된 폴리아미드 6 용융물을 추가 처리공정에 공급하는 단계;
를 포함하되,
- 상기 진공 발생 장치는 냉매로 냉각되는 업스트림 예비-분리기(upstream pre-separator)를 포함하고,
- 상기 탈기 장치 및 상기 업스트림 예비-분리기 사이에 직접 응축기(direct condenser)가 배치되며,
- 상기 직접 응축기는 순환되는 액체 ε-카프로락탐으로 조작되되, 일정한 순환량을 유지하기 위해 응축된 추출물 양에 대응하는 ε-카프로락탐의 양이 연속적으로 제거되고,
상기 탈기 장치에서 하나 이상의 연행제(entraining agent)는 그 중 하나가 ε-카프로락탐인 상기 용융물에 혼합되는 것;
을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 추가 처리공정은 상기 용융물에 대한 첨가제의 선택적 부가 및 (a) 과립화 또는 (b) 텍스타일 섬유 및/또는 필라멘트로 방사하는 직접 공정(direct process), 호일 압출(foil extrusion) 또는 성형체의 생산으로 구성되되, 상기 첨가제의 부가는 또한 상기 탈기 장치에서 이미 수행될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 연행제는 물, 수증기, 질소, CO2 또는 희가스(noble gas)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 예비-분리기는 승화기(sublimator) 및 다운스트림 재생 고성능 금속 필터(downstream regenerative high performance metal filter)로 구성된 2-단 디자인(two-stage design)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 예비-분리기는 2번 존재하며 분리 및 세정 모드에서 교호(alternatively) 조작되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탈기 장치는 다중 스크류 탈기 어그리게이트(multi-screw degasification aggregate) 또는 박막 기화기(thin film vaporizer)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 다중-스크류 탈기 어그리게이트는 다중-스크류 압출기(multi-screw extruder), 2개 초과의 스크류를 구비한 압출기, 링 압출기(ring extruder) 또는 다중-회전 압출기(multi-rotation extruder)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단계 (a) 및/또는 (c) 후에, 상기 폴리아미드 6 용융물에 이소시안산, 우레아, 뷰렛(biuret), 시아누르산 및/또는 우레아의 올리고머 또는 중합체 동족체가 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조방법. - 제 2 항 내지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
직접 공정에서 방사되는 상기 텍스타일 섬유 및/또는 필라멘트는 추출가능한 부분(extractable portion)을 0.85중량% 이하(≤), 바람직하게는 0.75중량% 이하(≤), 특히 바람직하게는 0.65중량% 이하(≤)의 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조방법. - 제 2 항 내지 제 9 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
직접 공정에서 방사되는 상기 텍스타일 섬유 및/또는 필라멘트는 추출가능한 부분을, 단량체의 0.24중량% 이하(≤), 환식 이량체(cyclic dimer)의 0.20중량% 이하(≤), 삼량체의 0.21중량% 이하(≤), 사량체의 0.12중량% 이하(≤), 오량체의 0.04중량% 이하(≤) 및 육량체의 0.03중량% 이하(≤)의 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조방법. - 제 2 항 내지 제 10 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
직접 공정에서 방사되는 상기 텍스타일 섬유 및/또는 필라멘트는 4% 미만(<)의 파단 변형률(strain at break)의 상대 표준편차 및/또는 3% 미만(<)의 인열 저항(tear resistance)의 상대 표준편차 및/또는 0.45% 미만(<)의 역가(titer)의 상대 표준편차를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조방법. - 저 추출물 함량을 갖는 폴리아미드 6의 제조장치로서, 상기 제조장치는,
- 비-추출 폴리아미드 6의 용융물의 공급 라인(feed line), 진공 발생 장치와의 연결부 및 추가 처리공정으로의 추출된 폴리아미드 6 용융물의 배출 라인(discharge line)을 구비한 탈기 장치,
- 상기 진공 발생 장치와의 상기 연결부에서 상기 탈기 장치에 다운스트림으로 배치되고 액체 ε-카프로락탐으로 조작하기 위해 설계된 직접 응축기,
- 이송 수단(conveying means), 선택적 템퍼링 수단(optional tempering means) 및 일정한 순환량을 유지하기 위해 ε-카프로락탐의 양을 연속적을 제거하기 위한 수단을 구비하고, 직접 응축기와 연결되는 액체 ε-카프로락탐의 순환부,
- 상기 직접 응축기에 대해 다운스트림으로 배치되고 냉매로 냉각되는 업스트림 예비-분리기가 구비되는 진공 발생 장치,
- 상기 용융물에 연행제를 혼합하기 위한 수단, 그의 연행제 중의 하나는 ε-카프로락탐임;
을 포함하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조장치. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 예비-분리기는 승화기 및 다운스트림 재생 고성능 금속 필터로 구성된 2-단 디자인을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조장치. - 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 예비-분리기는 2번 존재하며 교호 분리 및 세정 조작(aternate separation and cleaning operation)용으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조장치. - 제 12 항 내지 제 14 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 탈기 장치는 다중 스크류 탈기 어그리게이트 또는 박막 기화기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조장치. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 다중-스크류 탈기 어그리게이트는 다중-스크류 압출기, 2개 초과의 스크류를 구비한 압출기, 링 압출기 또는 다중-회전 압출기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리아미드 6의 제조장치.
