Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 암모니아 가스 유량 측정부를 포함하는 질화로 시스템을 설명하기 위한 개략적인 시스템도이다.
도 3a 내지 도 3c는 암모니아 유량측정부를 통한 암모니아 가스의 유량을 측정하는 방법을 설명하기 위한 개략적인 도면이다.
Claims (4)
- 반응조;
상기 반응조에 용매를 투입하기 위한 용매저장탱크; 및
상기 반응조에서 반응한 반응물을 배출하기 위한 배출탱크를 포함하고,
상기 반응조는, 상기 반응조의 일측에 위치하는 투입구; 상기 반응조의 타측에 위치하는 배출구; 상기 투입구와 상기 용매저장탱크의 사이에 위치하는 제1밸브; 및 상기 배출구와 상기 배출탱크의 사이에 위치하는 제2밸브를 포함하는 암모니아 유량측정부. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 투입구에 잔존 암모니아 가스를 투입하기 위한 가스투입라인을 더 포함하는 암모니아 유량측정부. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 잔존 암모니아 가스는, 미분해 암모니아 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 유량측정부. - 상기 투입구와 상기 가스투입라인의 사이에 위치하는 제3밸브를 더 포함하는 암모니아 유량측정부.
