상기 드럼유닛(20)은 중간 단위드럼(21a)과 양측 단위드럼(21b,21c) 사이로 껍질배출공간(H)이 형성된 복수의 단위드럼(21)으로 구성되고,
상기 공기분사수단(50)은 양파의 크기에 따라 고압공기의 분사간격을 조절하도록 고압공기를 분사하는 복수의 분사유닛(53)이 설치된 승강판(51)이 높낮이조절부(52)에 의해 승강하도록 구성되며,
상기 드럼유닛(20)의 작동과 연동하여 복수의 단위드럼(21)을 세척하기 위해 케이싱(10) 내에 세척수단(60)을 포함하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 양파탈피기.
